This place lived up to the hype! It was super easy to find. We went at night, so it had an extra creepy effect that we would not have during his the day. It is dangerous, as the molds have sharp edges and their are broken pieces. If you have flashlights and a friend or two it's easy enough to manage in the dark. Regardless, it is 100% worth the stop!
