We had a positive experience at this RV park with its convenient automated check-in system. Arriving late during a snowstorm posed no issues, and despite concerns raised by other reviewers about noise from trucks and trains, we found it didn't disrupt our stay. WiFi was good enough to stream Netflix . Overall, a comfortable spot for an overnight stay.

Paid $14+$4 online convenience fee. Site 13. Level, picnic table under a shade structure. Clean water, 30A hookups. Pit toilet, no running water or shower. Prickers from the grass stuck to our shoes and tracked into the rig. OUCH! Not as close to the lake as appears on the map. Neighborhood close but nice separation with swampy land between. Wouldn’t return. The prickers did me in!

Stopped here to fill our RV's freshwater tank on our way to Quartzsite. Convenient pet area for our dog while filling. Recommend you pull in parallel to the curb at the far end of the car parking area. We didn’t use the indoor facilities. Picnic areas with tables looked nice.
Will be a convenient place to stop for an overnight once construction ends.

Arrived at 8 pm, backed into a $26.88 site with electric hookups. Lacked bathrooms, making it suitable for an overnight stay. Overall, a convenient and budget-friendly option for a short winter stay.

An earlier reviewer said there wasn’t a dump station. There is! It’s across the road from sites 12 & 13
Called ahead and thy were ready with paperwork at the pro shop when we arrived. Relatively level. When manager saw us repositioning our rig, she came over and asked if we needed the picnic table moved or if we wanted a different spot. There was no need for either, but it was a nice gesture.

If you’re camping here do not buy your permit online. You pay more, and need to present a printed copy at Tysons Wash (1.5 miles south of the north entrance). If you don’t arrive during business hours to get your permit (9am-4pm) you’ll need to return next day to get it. (We arrived at 4:02 and they turned us away). Verizon 4g signal good but bogged down with too many users. 5G full signal and fast
