• Gravel pad, fairly level
• Very close spots, neighbors are too close
• Pull thru’s alternate directions so your living space and your neighbors face each other
• On the one side, with slides out you have maybe 1 foot between rigs
• On the other side, your picnic table and the neighbors are side by side
• TV is okay, not great
• Internet is weak and unsecured, several drop outs during the day
• It rained while we stayed, a series of very large puddles throughout the campground
• HORRIBLE showers, no hot water, need a serious cleaning
• This was a depressing KOA

• Very soft water, feels like you’re rinsing forever

• NO TV (disappointing), but you are at a casino and even in Vegas the hotels don’t have great TV, they want you in the casino
• Shuttle to the casino, runs regularly from 8am to 2am
• Great rates, if you get a club card you are comped the first night and 10 off each additional night
• It rained very hard one night, the drain at our campsite was plugged so we were 2” deep in water, told the front desk, they sent out 2 maintenance staff, one said the issue is above his pay grade, the other at least tried. I ended up squeegee the water myself. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay here

tried booking a site with them twice, they don't contact you back. Horrible customer service.

• Office closes at 5pm, laundry room open 24 hours but has no change machine so nowhere to get change to do laundry.

• When I was leaving, I topped up my propane, about half hour later the KOA called me wondering she gave me the wrong change, which I do not believe happened, we are talking about $5.00. After a 3-night stay, eating at their cafe, buying items in their store I felt totally insulted by this.

• Stayed during the Texas Rally, it would probably be an amazing place without the hundreds of bikers who all need to be the loudest

In all honesty if the showers were cleaner, and had the shower liner not been moldy, this would be near perfect

• For a concrete pad it is not very level
• NOISY. Trains, planes, automobiles, and sirens all day and night
• Internet is HORRIBLE, can barely load a basic web page like MSN or the KOA website to book my next location.
• TV reception is HORRIBLE, they claim a storm came through a “few months” ago and caused issues.
• Wanted to fill up my on-board propane, the desk clerk neglected to tell there is a 5-gallon minimum, was able to convince them that when I leave I will top up again, so I hope I use 2.3 gallons for a 3 days stay
• Showers are okay, decent pressure and lots of hot water but out dated and really need a deep cleaning
• On site staff should not be doing laundry during peak times.
