• My site was level, and long.
• Site had power (30 amp), water, sewer, fire pit and a picnic table.
• Staff was good at check in, then invisible for the next 3 days.
• Their WIFI is terrible.
• No cable TV but a few air channels that come and go.
• Showers have okay pressure and if you want hot water, get in the shower early.
• Showers should have doors, not cheap plastic curtains for privacy, like they did for the toilet stalls.
• They need a change machine in the laundry room.
• I unfortunately had a neighbor who liked listening to his garbage music quite loud.
• This place could be awesome, if they enforced their own rules.

• Decent location.
• When you drive in, you have to drive past the seasonal campers, some look like homeless encampments, once you get past them, the campground is quite nice.
• You have to pay for WIFI, so I did not try it, for the price it should be included.
• No cable TV, a few air channels, reception is good.
• Staff are okay.
• My site was long enough for the RV and toad.
• My site was not very level.
• Quiet and peaceful.
• Washrooms and showers are clean, however it’s push button for 30 seconds of water, spend more time pushing the button than getting clean.
• No shower curtains in the showers, everything gets wet because there are not enough hooks to hang your stuff up.
• Decent water pressure and water is warm.

• Showers cost 50 cents, no shortage of hot water.
• WIFI was poor, even my Rogers Hot Spot was slow here.

• Really more of a 2.5 than 3
• My site was not level, and took some work to get level.
• My RV (26’) barely fit in the “pull through” site.
• Had to park my toad in another spot.
• Very close to my neighbors.
• Site had power (50 / 30 amp), water, sewer and a picnic table.
• Staff was excellent.
• Their WIFI is horrible, even my Rogers Hot Spot was spotty.
• No TV, not even air channels.
• Showers have good pressure, hot water is inconsistent.
• The campground has boat slips in the water that runs through the campground.
• Lots of seasonal campers.
• I can’t put a carpet down, but apparently parking your vehicle on the grass is okay.
• There was not enough space in my site to connect my toad after my stay, had to pull out onto the main road to connect the car.

• Nice location, close to Bangor
• Site was long enough for the RV and Toad.
• Mostly seasonal campers, which is odd for a KOA.
• Many seasonal sites are cluttered, takes away from the KOA expectation.
• Showers are clean and spacious, currently under renovation, but still functional.
• WIFI was poor, even my Rogers Hot Spot inconsistent here.
• Cable TV, but several channels have poor reception.
• They have signs reminding not to cut through other people’s sites, apparently this does not apply to seasonal campers.

• Decent location.
• Used to be a KOA, and all signage is still KOA, it’s been 9 months, if you don’t want to be a KOA quit using their image.
• Lots of seasonal campers, but they do a good job keeping them in a separate part of the campground.
• Wifi is good.
• Cable TV is okay.
• Sites are VERY close together, feel quite crowded.
• I know the campground has no control of this, but it not very enjoyable parked beside drunks.
• Neighbors are WAY to close.
• Great water pressure in the showers, but they could use a deep cleaning.
