The overhead view of Horseshoe Bend is best seen from Mile Marker 545, Highway 89. Wear good tennis shoes or hiking boots. No flip-flops or open-toe shoes! It is a 3/4-mile walk from the Horseshoe Bend overlook parking area to the viewing site. kayakhorseshoebend.com
