“Daily, weekly & monthly”
After looking around at nearly all the states in the US we decided to live and work in New Mexico. We chose to live in New Mexico for a low cost of living and excellent climate. Inspired by the In-laws and their traveling 6-8 months out of the year we decided to open an RV park and begin building homes RV homes with the full time concept in mind. This concept was conceived by seeing several variations of this design. A motor home is a big investment. Having it sit in the sun was not protecting or utilizing our asset. Living in it full time with 3 kids was not long term entertainment either, so having a house attached to the motor home seemed to be the best alternative. This is our meaning of alternative living. The RV Home configuration utilizes the motor home facilities and allows us to have a somewhat normal life style. These homes also provide for a solid appreciating asset where other types of RV configurations seem to depreciate. We look forward to the opportunity to provide you with one of our quality built RV Homes and hope to see you on the road sometime. For investment opportunities please contact James or Cindy Livers.

Confirmed by 5 users | Last reported on January 04, 2022My review may be a little off due to us arriving after hours on a Sunday and leaving decently early on Monday (10am) The office was closed and we did not have a reservation when we arrived. We filled out an envelope, tossed in a check and pulled into a spot. Since there was no one in the office and no host (at least we were never approached by one) we did not get the codes for internet, laundry, or bathrooms. Luckily we didn't require them. The place it just a giant gravel lot covered with full hookup stations. There is plenty of room for large rigs and getting in and out is a breeze. If you are going to be there for a few days during the summer, I would try one of the back in spots, its the only area that seemed like it would give you shade. They do have a pretty neat little village in the middle, it has a small performance stage, rodeo ring, and a snack bar. No sure if you are suppose to pet the horses, but they seemed to enjoy it.

Nothing much to say here one way or another, but as RV parks go this one was clean, level, very easily accessed by low clearance or big rigs. The picnic tables were interesting and small. Sites were close but not horrible, and very very long. Bathroom was immaculate. About half an hour from White Sands and fifteen minutes to the historic downtown part of Alamagordo. Oh and great stargazing even nearby a city.

Nice campground. Gravel sites. Excellent power. Nice staff. Only complaint would be WiFi. You are capped at .25 Mbps. Verizon is 4g - 2 bars...it's variable but still better than the campground WiFi. Cell phone booster didn't help. OTA television is also variable. Still, we would stay here again. Close to the highway but noise did not bother us at all.

Overall this is a nice place, given you other options in the area. It's a 20 minute drive to White Sands National Monument, so very convenient (though not much going on in town). Very friendly management, but a bag of ice is $3. Not shaded at all, which got pretty hot in the summer. Nice, big, pull through sites. Showers, laundry, and supposedly they have live music at times (I'm guessing in the cooler months). Overall this was a fine place to stay.

We needed a stop over on our way to Roswell, and this was perfect. Turned off the hwy and pulled up to the office. In the morning we pulled out of our site and right back on the hwy. Easy peezy. Very long and level pull throughs so no need to unhook the toad.
FHUs w 50 amp all worked great. Didn't need the cable tv, our satellite worked great. WiFi wasn't fast, but worked. Loved when I walked in the office and folks were visiting around a pot-bellied stove!
They have a live music venue on site. The largest pistachio is across the hwy. We walked over and picked up some pecans and pistachios - great store of goodies.

We arrived during business hours. Staff were available to check us in, and lead us to our site #605. When James saw that we were towing a jeep, he was nice enough to provide us with directions to some good trails, one of which overlooked Alamogordo and White Sands NM. Also, Cindy provided us with many brochures, etc. showing things to do in the area.
As my prior review of a KOA campground near Carlsbad stated, the wind during the springtime is strong and covers everything in dust. Just be aware of the dusty environment and hazards of driving in the wind which can easily blow 20 mph all day; with some storms gusting to 50+ mph.
Our original campsite, #605, was very long, but narrow. Some camp sites at the end of the rows are much wider (#606), offering more privacy and more room to spread out. Thanks to our neighbor moving on after a couple of days, we moved over to 606. When making reservations, ask for #606 or one similar.
WiFi could be better. I rely on being connected to work remotely; just used my ATT hotspot a lot.
We enjoyed the easy access to White Sands and Cloudcroft, which we visited 2 times each. If you like BBQ, don't miss an opportunity to eat at Mad Jacks in Cloudcroft, truly the best! Great recommendation from Cindy!

This is a very well kept park. All the spits are gravel pads and there is FHU. The views from the park are some of the most beautiful you can get in the area. The owners are extremely friendly and treat you just like family. Take it from me when they recommend a restaurant to you take their advance. That was the best meal we had in Alamogordo. From this park you are about equal distance from The white sands, the petroglyph site, the Inn if the Gods Casino and a wonderful mountain town called Cloudcroft. All in all this is a fantastic park and we will stay here again.

This place is very cute. Our full hook up site was level and had some good shade, but we had a back in. The pull throughs are pretty out in the open. They have a laundry room, 2 dog pretty nice sized dog runs, and a large fenced in hang out area with tables and fire pit. The owners were very nice. It's across the street from Pistachioland, 30 minutes from white sands, and 20-30 minutes from a number of trails in the Cloudcroft area, which we loved. We would definitely come back.

Just outside of Alamogordo, and 20-30 minutes from White Sands, Boot Hill RV is high quality! Low tech from a reservation perspective but efficient after hours checkin. A nice fenced area for the pups. Large pull through spaces, quality hookups. Quiet and friendly. Thanks Boot Hill!
