Michelle's Surprised Birthday Party initiated a cross country trip in pulling our 2016 Evo 2460 RV along with our dog Jazz. Mileage appx. 2,872 & $824.70 in fuel. RV Campgrounds $633.15 Generally speaking, the weather was hot & muggy traveling Rt 10 to Florida. This hindered us taking advantage of more free camping at Rest Areas/Walmarts/Welcome Centers.

Awesome white sands that isn't hot to touch in the sun/heat. Went on sunset tour. A must see again & spend more time exploring.
Nice semi wooded campg. w/ lots of friendly deer grazing along side of campsite. Good bicycling, butterfly garden across road to other part of campground.
Bill met up with bikers from RFTW. Meetings were at this hotel in Kerrville. Nice town, clean, many types of stores that combines small town feeling & free from homeless & beggars

Walmart was smart to allow overnight parking since how can you not go into WallyWorld & buy something? Tip for parking at Walmart- stay away from exits & most traveled lanes.
Must see Welcome Center & free coffee
Only there to sleep overnight to have air conditioning & enjoy a longer shower with full hookups.

SLEEP 9/30-10/3 while visiting Norma/Bruce & Aunt Flo. Great bathrooms & took advantage of their showers. Felt like we were in Jurassic Park. Had to watch for alligators & large green turtles.
