BATTLEFIELD ADMISSION: The Camden Battlefield on Flat Rock Rd. is free and open to the public. Please note that there are no restrooms at this site. Camping, fires, driving through the forest, and metal detecting are prohibited.
Visitors should visit the gift shop to purchase site admission. Included in a general admission ticket: site access, Bradley and Drakeford Houses (log cabins with exhibits), reconstructed blacksmith shed, a 15-minute long video about Camden's early history, nature trail, fishing pond, 107 acres of property, picnic tables, and Cunningham House gift shop. Note that access to the Kershaw-Cornwallis House, McCaa's Tavern, and Craven House is limited to the guided tour only.

This garden cemetery, founded in 1850, is the final resting place of many of Atlanta’s settlers, builders, and most noted citizens like Bobby Jones, Margaret Mitchell, and Maynard Jackson.
The Visitors Center and Museum Shop is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Weekend hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. in spring, summer and fall, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the winter.

Kennesaw Mountain road is closed every weekend and on holidays but we offer a shuttle bus that will provide transportation to the top of the mountain. Adults 12 and over $3.00
A wooded trail follows the stream to the ruins of the New Manchester Manufacturing Company, a textile mill burned during the Civil War. Beyond the mill, the trail climbs rocky bluffs to provide views of the beautiful rapids below. Additional trails wind through fields and forest, showcasing ferns, magnolias, wild azaleas and hardwoods.

The Kymulga Grist Mill, Covered Bridge and Park are of significant historical, educational and recreational value. Located on Grist Mill Road four miles northeast of Childersburg, Alabama, the mill and bridge are over one hundred forty years old.
