This is an awesome state park. It has two attractions, the first is an abandoned town that has a general store that was sealed with all of it merchandise still in it. They have restored the buildings that were left and have historical actors walk you through the town. The second attraction is Mystery Cave. This is a living cave, with some amazing features. We stayed in a camper cabin which was exactly what we expected. We stayed one night before heading further west.

This place is awesome. You can drive right up. They have a sign for visitors, basically letting you know to look out for wasps and not to climb on the molds. We found big boy and we think chuck e cheese. Satan and Jesus were also there along with a bunch of animals. Well worth the 10 mile detour.

A great place to stretch your legs and get a photo. I ended up getting a pink elephant sticker. This was our first official stop on our way out to view the 2017 eclipse.
