The legs look like Cadillac ranch with peoples graffiti all over so now they look more like spray painted ham hocks… but if folk art is your thing swing on by

The location in Roadtrippers is on the highway and it’s about half a mile off of the correct exit. The stop is truly awesome and the frontier village is truly quaint. We are ent bye on a holi da at when most things were closed but the space is beautiful and wonderfully thematic to the time period.

I thought it was going to be a 5 minute stop and even with the museum closed and the stores closed my baby loved walking around and my teenagers got out of their funk and played for 40 minutes on the little playground and running down the old town setup and posing for silly pictures.

Best sculpture stop we did on our 2 week road trip.

The colony of prairie dogs were a great treat and made for some fun photos and laughter with the kids

My family goes there to spend a day or even stop by for a few hours. Great for kids, tweens and adults.

Hands down just sitting in the aha tunnel with the seals swimming around you... nothing beats that

I did not know what to expect but the tower of Chimes and the walk to the memorial was definitely worth your time. Somber and very well laid out to educate and put things in context

Stopped by this place 4 adults 2 tweens and a Baby and it was worth it for all of us. loved this stop the staff were great, the gift shop had a nice selection, and the Ice Cave walk was what we were hoping for (there are no Ice stalactites or stalagmites if that is what your looking for) But this is really nice and a good guide helps the story unfold.

We brought our own picnic and made a longer stop out of it before continuing to Crater of the Moon (only because it was on our way to Yellowstone from here) We personally preferred the Ice Cave to the Crater park.

Admittedly this is not Wheelchair accessible becuase of the sharp turns through the designed gates but if you are able to go.

I love this place and the cars are living art as people add paint. I was shocked to see some pits in the paint and see how many layers of paint are on these things. I think the paint is now composing more of the structure than the metal.

Completely worth your time
