Scouted out area first to check it out and there is a gate and it was locked. It looks as though it would be room for one maybe 2 rvs about 30 ft no bigger. It’s a mixture of gravel and dirt. Blink and you will miss it. Up side you are right across the street from a beautiful lake.

We came to WA because we needed to have something fixed on our Rv. Without reservations and everywhere was booked we were stuck at the fairgrounds. Host was minimally helpful, more sarcastically rude than anything. Grounds are not that level and barely can tell where to park for a spot. Full hookups, place squeezes people in more than a Rv park. Zero privacy and didn’t feel safe in this area. Careful because some people are not careful when parking their rig or cars here. I got 3-4 bars with Verizon we have a booster too. Yes your close to stores and anything you may need. We left 2 days sooner because we could not wait to leave. We definitely won’t be back.

Stopped here right off the i70 close to dump and water at the ballades Rv park, gas station right off the freeway. No one stopped by the area the whole 4 days we were there. It’s literally a minute off the freeway. We have a 37 foot class A with a tow and no issues. Close to Moab about 30 mins from park.

Great place however follow directions to get here or you will get lost. 90 east take ext 233, turn left, go over the railroad tracks and keep going up the hill. Our class A is 37’ so the first driveway to the left was the best fit for big rigs. Summer gets busy so try and come during the week to ensure you get a spot. There is a max of 16 days but some people do not follow that and you can tell they have been here longer. Everyone is quiet and keep to themselves. Note: no potable water around or in Butte (10 mins away) therefore the only place that has potable water is at the Koa in butte (10 dump/water) but there is the town pump that has a free Rv dump, has water but not potable. They also have a trash if you need to toss trash too. We have starlink, and Verizon. We got 4 bars with Verizon and no issue at all with starlink. We did venture it’s a great place if you have bikes/atvs, or venture off to visit butte and surrounding areas. Ground is not very level but then again when is boondocking level much. Great place we felt safe, didn’t see much wildlife but it was great views. Roads are a bit washboard but if you take it slow you should be fine. Be sure to unhitch if your towing.

Very easy on n off from the Highway. There is a 2 lane dump station with potable water right ahead of it. There’s a fenced in dog park too. Right behind the dump station is trash. Level parking somewhat. Very clean and quiet as well.

We have a 38’ ft class A so it isn’t good east to find good spots to boondock. We exited i70 and went right and there was a gravel spot that was prett level. There was a lot of others spots but further down which smaller rigs could access.

Good cell phone and starlink worked well here. Make sure to have supplies and plenty of gas. No services around. Weather was great while we were here. Great place for sure.

The people are extremely sweet and the facilities are very clean. The best storage facility we have ever experienced. We used their dump station/and their propane fill station too. I noticed they have a wash area for vehicles. Great set up and professional. Highly recommend if you need their services. We have a 37’ class A Rv and had no issues at all maneuvering through the storage facility. At the time of our visit it was 12.00 to dump and they do have potable water

Did not stay the night but we stopped and it was a great place. Rv, cars and trucks have their own area to stay the night. There is water to fill up tanks and garbage if you need to get rid of your garbage. About 5 mins from laramie and stores.

Great overnight spot. Arrived around 9 pm. There were other rv’ers and semis. We stayed in the overflow area. Good area that is tucked away and away from the busy streets. With our cell phone booster we had 2-3 bars. Level parking lot. There is highway noise but didn’t bother us. Nice stop overall.

It’s a good spot if your passing thru and Need electric during the summer. They have full/ partial and dry camping. We reserved electric only. We got there after hours and was given instructions by email. We arrived to find our electric locked up and no tag. I called after hours and left a couple messages. E ran our generator because it was so hot and I felt bad for our neighbors but it was hot. Next morning I called spoke to a lady and she said she would look into it. They do not do refunds I asked for a credit and she said well dry camping is 20 so you get the rest credited. She didn’t seem happy that I called. A man came over within a few mins and turned on our electric around 10 am. Either way I am not mad at all just would like the credit, but it’s a parking lot it’s level, there’s trash and water spigot (5.00) for electric/dry camping customers. No dump station. But there are 3 dump stations in the area. It’s a good stopping point and close to stores etc. we have Verizon and had 4 bars. Right off the freeway.
