I looked everywhere and all parks were booked. I spoke to the camp host at the fairgrounds and he explained it was first come first serve.electric and water only with a dump on site. Sites are tight but most likely your here on vacay or just a stop over. It is good for what it is. Cheap for the Denver area. Close to highways, stores etc. there is traffic everywhere but that’s expected for a city. Overall good spot and would stay again.

In between stop and it worked out perfect. Stayed for 2 weeks. It’s close to pismo, beaches, stores, an hour from Santa Barbara. It’s relatively cheap considering the rv spots close to the ocean. This is full hookups and spots are rather roomy. Tip/ when arriving go thru gate 7. Straight down to the left small office with board in front that will tell you what site #your in. Gate is always shut but never locked. Be sure to close gate once your inside. Everyone is very nice here and workers are always around and will help you immediately if you need anything.

Smaller Rv park but spaced out very well. Everyone has a water view. Primarily dirt road but maintained. Camp host is awesome and very attentive and extremely helpful. Park is quiet but it is family friendly as well. I noticed they have cabins too. Park is about 10 mins from Homedale and there are stores and gas. We had 4 bars with Verizon with a booster. We have a 36’ class A. Anything bigger than a 40 may have a little bit of difficulties maneuvering through the park.

The people are extremely sweet and the facilities are very clean. The best storage facility we have ever experienced. We used their dump station/and their propane fill station too. I noticed they have a wash area for vehicles. Great set up and professional. Highly recommend if you need their services. We have a 37’ class A Rv and had no issues at all maneuvering through the storage facility. At the time of our visit it was 12.00 to dump and they do have potable water

Most stop overs like this is cramped and I leveled. At least this place has a separate overflow parking from the pilot that you can open your slides and be comfortable. Is the road bumpy yes but if you take it slow your good. We have a class A 37’ and maneuvered just fine. They also have a dump station in front of the brake shop and water at pump 7/8.

This is basically a rest stop that has a store, gas and a shop for big rigs. They have 10 spaces you can reserve for 18 a night or you can pick a parking space close to the stores/gas station. We chose a far off spot, it’s black top so it’s leveled. You are close to the hwy but at night it was pretty quiet. We have a booster and we had 4 bars. Good place for a night.

Excellent experience with this resort. One of the best resorts we have stayed. Office staff is wonderful and went above and beyond to assist us. The lay out of the park was built perfectly. It is a newer resort, the staff keeps it extremely clean. Very close to all attractions, freeway, gas stations, stores. This is the best place to stay in the area by far. Check in process is a breeze, sites are clearly marked, full hookups, sites are nice and wide. Highly recommend if your looking for a place to stay look no further stay here. We will be back for sure.

One stop shop for sure. We filled up on propane, water and dumped our tanks. Filled up with gasoline as well. We parked in the lot in front of the hotel. There is a sign when you drive in rv/cars left and diesels to the right. The dump station is to the left where the diesels are towards the back behind the service station. Propane- water-dumping station is all next to one another. Where we stayed the night it was clean quiet and plenty of room. There was at least 4-5 other rvs, 5 wheels, buses and vans that stayed the night. They also off free WiFi as a Little america guest. For being a rest stop it was extremely quiet. We have a booster and I had 3 bars.

Needed a overnight stop and this was perfect. Clean, flat sites, on concrete slab. Has electricity and water. There is a dump not far from here. When we stayed the military was having a training exercise on the grass so we had a great helicopter show :) There was only 1 other rv besides us. Quiet and easy. There is a slot to pay or you can pay by the office front doors. We have a booster but we had 4 full Verizon bars. Pull thru sites and easy access to the Highway. We have a 36’ rv and we had no problem.

If you are just staying the day the Discover pass will help you. If you stay the night it’s 10 a night. Big rig friendly somewhat level. Plenty of space. There a garbage bin but no hookups or water. There’s a place down the road that has dumping for 5.00 . Would stay here again . This is a boat launch too so depending where you park there is water views too. Right off hwy 101. We got 4bqrs with Verizon we do have a booster.
