We stayed at the Buffalo Wyoming KOA in August 2021. This is a very nice KOA park and in fact was our favorite KOA that we have visited. This is a family run KOA that has done some pretty incredible upgrades to this resort. Upon arrival, we were placed in a private site along a babbling brook. It was fantastic sitting outside at any time of day or night and listen to the water running by just outside our door. This park offers FHU sites that are very spacious. A number of sites that even run right beside the river. There is river beach access for everyone. The best park WiFi we have ever used, a nice pool and awesome gated dog run. It was lovely walking around the park in the evening talking to our fellow campers. Wonderful family run park which we highly recommend. Medina Lake Thousand Trails RV Park is an awesome campground with large sites and lot of nature! There are trees and shade and it is along Medina Lake shores. The lake was dried up during our stay, but it was still beautiful views all around. They have 30 & 50 amp hook-up sites. Not all have sewer connections, but there is a dump station on site. There are tent sites, also. There are lots of amenities such as a huge pool, playgrounds, dog runs, restrooms, laundry, trails, boat launch, community center, games, basketball, pickle ball, mini golf, and so much more! Fun for the whole family. This campground does have a lot of deer around. We really enjoyed this park and the smell of nature here.

We stayed in Osens RV park in Livingston, Montana in September 2021. This is a very nice quiet Park with pull-thru sites with FHU. The sites are level and nicely spaced with large grassy areas between sites. The staff here is very nice and helpful with anything you may need. Plenty of space to walk your pups and a large play area with cornhole and ladder golf. This is a great little park that we will visit again when we pass through Montana in the future. Fort Stockton RV Park is a clean, nice stop close to Highway 10. They have 30/50 amp FHU very spacious sites. There are pull-thru and back-in available. There is a nice pool and even a cafe on site that serves breakfast and dinner. Good home cooking! If you have a dog, they will love the large dog-run. This was a great stop while traveling.

We stayed at the Springville/ Provo Utah KOA in September 2021. This is a full service KOA with nice FHU 50 amp pull-thru sites which were long, wide and level. This KOA is one of the nicer KOA’s that we have stayed at. It is very well managed with a professional, friendly staff. It does have a pool, children’s play area and group area with two bbqs. It has lots of grassy area to walk your pups and we met many friendly fellow travelers here. I highly recommend this park. We stayed at Snake River RV Resort in Idaho Falls, Idaho in September 2021. This park is a FHU pull-thru site and also has back-in sites. Our site was flat and level and a snap to set up our fifth wheel. The staff here was very nice and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The only negative for us was that we had to take our pets to the pet area, which was at the far corner of the park, and pets are not allowed to potty on any trees or shrubs. Signs were everywhere stating this. It was difficult to get our dogs quickly to the dog area, which is very small and swampy, when they really had to pee. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again. Mt. Pocono Campground in the Poconos, Pennsylvania is a very active and fun vacation vacation destination! There are lots of amenities for every family member and the staff is friendly and welcoming. There is a huge swimming pool and a toddler’s pool. There is an on-site store with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The game room has pool tables, ping pong, arcade games, library, gym, and so much more! The location is lovely and you are surrounded by the forests of the Poconos. The campground is adjacent to a nature preserve which has beautiful hikes, a river, and lake. The park has FHU 30/50 amp sites with gravel sites. We have really enjoyed our stay here. 👍🏻😉

We stayed at 7th Ranch RV Park in Garryowen, Montana in September 2021. This wonderful park is situated just a small drive from the Custers Last Stand and The Battle Of Little Bighorn. This is a family run park and working farm run by a family that has made this a must stop if you are traveling in this area . The sites are large pull-thru sites with FHU. All sites are tiered going up hill so everyone has amazing sunset views. Our site was a bit unlevel so bring your legos to assist in the setup. The sites all have trees and large grassy areas that are watered every night, so be forewarned. The road in is a dirt road which is a bit bumpy so slow down, as it’s only a short stretch till you get to the office. Big bonus is you get ice cream when you check in and who doesn’t like ice cream! They also sell homemade pies among other goodies in the office and they are delicious. Put this park on your list of places to stay when visiting Montana. It was an awesome stay for us. So, you have always wanted to go camping with Elvis Presley, the King of Rock & Roll? Well, the Graceland RV Park is the closest you will get to that dream! 😬 The campground is located adjacent to Graceland with a connecting gate for easy access. The park has all amenities needed for a nice family vacation….laundry, gift shop, swimming pool, playground and more. They do take Good Sam discount and the sites are good sized with 50/30 amp and FHU. Check out this campground if you are in the Memphis area. 👍🏻😉

We stayed at Red Trail campground in Medora, ND in September 2021. This is a great little park right outside Theodore Roosevelt National park. We stayed on an end site that was large and spacious with FHU. This park is dusty when the wind starts to blow but other than that, we enjoyed our stay here. Very well managed by a cheerful staff that go to great lengths to help you get your rig in safely before they leave you to set up camp. This was by far one of the easiest parks to negotiate in and out of with a big rig and is a great stop when visiting the Theodore Roosevelt National park. I would definatly recommend this park for a carefree visit to North Dakota. To see videos on this park and others, please visit our YouTube channel: Jeff & Steff’s Excellent Adventure.
