We stayed at the ACT Campground in Moab, Utah in September 2021. This is a very scenic location perched on a hilltop in Moab which offers amazing views all around. The entrance into the park can be tricky as it is on a slope so pull in SLOWLY. Our site was flat and level but some larger motorhomes and toy haulers must take extra care when pulling into their sites as some are sloped. We found the staff here friendly and helpful when asked about area attractions. There is a bit of traffic noise here, but it didn’t bother us at all. We travel with dogs and there is not much space to potty them because the park is so compact. It is in a great location near downtown and National Parks. Moab is a must see and this campground would serve most campers to a wonderful stay. We will be back!! Texarkana RV Park is a very nice, clean, and friendly RV park. They have a gated entrance for extra security. The park has nice amenities such as pool, playground, laundry, restrooms, dog run, and park-like setting with duck pond. Most sites are pull-thru and plenty long, but narrow. Beware of your slide placement before parking, as site poles may be in the way of a slide fully opening. Each site is gravel with a patio and they have 50 amp FHU. We enjoyed our stay at this campground and would definitely stay again. 👍🏻😊

Sunset Palm RV Park is a very nice, clean, and friendly RV park in Yuma, Arizona. The spaces are oversized and have parking for 2 vehicles! All sites are gravel and have a concrete patio and walkway. They are all 30/50 amp FHU back-in sites. The roads in the park are wide and newly paved which makes parking a snap! This is an age qualified park (55+), and life here is very laid back. The dog run is huge and very clean!!! This park does not have a swimming pool, but shares the pool with it’s sister park next door, which is just a quick walk. This park is convenient to everything Yuma has to offer, including the Mexico border. We really enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely recommend Sunset Palm RV Park. 👍🏻💗

Wild West RV Park in Van Horn, Texas is a small park close to Highway 10. It’s fine for an overnight or two, but probably not much longer. It is mostly dirt with a little gravel and very dusty. The sites are long enough for big rigs and they have 50 amp FHU which is great. There are not amenities to speak of except for laundry and restrooms. The main reason we wouldn’t stay here again is because of all of the spars (sharp spiny burs) all over the ground which has made this a difficult place for our dogs, not to mention painful.

Medina Lake Thousand Trails RV Park is an awesome campground with large sites and lot of nature! There are trees and shade and it is along Medina Lake shores. The lake was dried up during our stay, but it was still beautiful views all around. They have 30 & 50 amp hook-up sites. Not all have sewer connections, but there is a dump station on site. There are tent sites, also. There are lots of amenities such as a huge pool, playgrounds, dog runs, restrooms, laundry, trails, boat launch, community center, games, basketball, pickle ball, mini golf, and so much more! Fun for the whole family. This campground does have a lot of deer around. We really enjoyed this park and the smell of nature here.

We stayed at the Buffalo Wyoming KOA in August 2021. This is a very nice KOA park and in fact was our favorite KOA that we have visited. This is a family run KOA that has done some pretty incredible upgrades to this resort. Upon arrival, we were placed in a private site along a babbling brook. It was fantastic sitting outside at any time of day or night and listen to the water running by just outside our door. This park offers FHU sites that are very spacious. A number of sites that even run right beside the river. There is river beach access for everyone. The best park WiFi we have ever used, a nice pool and awesome gated dog run. It was lovely walking around the park in the evening talking to our fellow campers. Wonderful family run park which we highly recommend. The Grand Ole RV Resort is a nice park to stay in near all the fun and sightseeing of Nashville, Tennessee. The campground is very tidy and well-kept. There are a lot of grassy areas for your dog and large shade trees to relax under. The office doubles as a restaurant which serves breakfast and dinner daily. They also sell snacks and basic RV supplies. The campground does not have a lot of amenities, but makes up for it with live nightly music! What a treat when you are visiting “Music City!” The sites are 30/50 amp FHU and pretty tight. We are literally parked less than 2 feet from our neighbor, so if you don’t like close quarters, this is probably not the right park for you. We enjoyed our stay here, though, and would stay here again when in the area. 👍🏻😊

Fort Stockton RV Park is a clean, nice stop close to Highway 10. They have 30/50 amp FHU very spacious sites. There are pull-thru and back-in available. There is a nice pool and even a cafe on site that serves breakfast and dinner. Good home cooking! If you have a dog, they will love the large dog-run. This was a great stop while traveling.

So, you have always wanted to go camping with Elvis Presley, the King of Rock & Roll? Well, the Graceland RV Park is the closest you will get to that dream! 😬 The campground is located adjacent to Graceland with a connecting gate for easy access. The park has all amenities needed for a nice family vacation….laundry, gift shop, swimming pool, playground and more. They do take Good Sam discount and the sites are good sized with 50/30 amp and FHU. Check out this campground if you are in the Memphis area. 👍🏻😉

Kenisee Lake RV Resort Thousand Trails in Jefferson, Ohio is a another great Thousand Trails park! This park is very large and has a park-like setting with 2 lakes. There is fishing on the lakes and the campground has rowboats available to use. They have all the amenities a family could want such as swimming pool, playground, mini-golf, and more! The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Kenisee Lake has 30 and 50 amp FHU back-in and pull-through sites. The only downside is the internet which is lacking in this area. We have really enjoyed our stay here and will be returning! 👍🏻😬
