Free. No fresh water, rinse water avail. The dump hole is elevated so you may be better off on the hotel side of parking lot yo get the down slope you need. Nice off interstate access. :)
Not difficult space to dump but must go to cashier for code to use dump station. I was charged $10 and their non potable water faucet was dry. I’d go there in a pinch but check the faucets first before paying the hefty price.
Not only does it have a dump station, it has a high clearance RV wash with double pressure washer wands. Perfect for getting 5os bugs cleaned off your rig or dust from the dirt forest roads. You can even bathe your pets there.
Nice stay. Clean sites. Most are pull through. Not the most level, but not bad at all. Showers and bathrooms are clean. Water and electric sites but no sewer hookup. Just a dump station outside campground which is nice for travelers passing through. Call for shuttle to casino anytime. Will pick you up at your site as a courtesy. That’s nice.

Called today if they had laundry. They said they do not have laundry available at this time.
This was one of the sites with a view of Lake Superior over the marina. Not all of them have this view. The hookups were nice and staff friendly. The area is beautiful. Very close to the National Heritage Center which I very highly recommend. Casino and hotel is decent. The restaurant staff was nice but the food wasn’t all that great...but these are COVID times, so you get what you get. Definitely recommend this place for your Lake Superior tour. They have wifi, but the best strength.

Showers closed due to COVID. It can be unpleasant if it rains hard around there. Long dirt roads to campsites. But the trails are awesome and great location from the interstate.

Divided in 2 parts, big rigs may enjoy the newer tiered sections...smaller campers lower side by the lake. The David Dill sections has a very nice bathhouse. Felt safe. Even tho it’s a city campground, the deer still roamed around. Next time I’m staying lower level.

Tried to get a quick stay in today, but unfortunately the staff let me know that they have been closed since the hurricane in spring of 2023. They told me they hope to re-open next year. I wish him the best, and I was appreciative that the staff was friendly enough to reply to me promptly.
My weekend here was amazing and I plan to return. I was on the Bass Lake part of the property but Lake Owen is lovely too. They are both literally right here for your enjoyment. Great family campsite for swimming, fishing, boating or riding your bike around camp. There are over 90 large sites to choose from and most are with lake access or view. Dump station available. Staff hosts are friendly and care for the place well and do a decent job of protecting the property. Only complaint is the iron content at the water pumps is unpleasant.
