Me and my family spent two nights at the Best Western in Palo Duro Canyon and we had a blast. It’s location is very convenient if you want to visit the Palo Duro State Park. The area of the hotel is also perfect because you have a lot of restaurants nearby. The staff was really friendly and they bent over backwards for our visit to be a great experience. Its a great place to spend the night if all you are looking for is a clean and relaxing environment at a reasonable price. Breakfast was the best, freshly made and tasty. I’d really like to visit this hotel again.
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites is a really nice hotel and I had a really great experience staying there, They provide you with a free space in their parking lot that makes you feel that your car is safe there. The staff is very kind and courteous. Our room was very quiet and clean. The bed and pillows were amazing, we had a really good night’s sleep. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with cold and hot choices (you have to try their cinnamon rolls). The hotel also provides a large indoor swimming pool, a very clean hot tub and a recently updated fitness center. I highly recommend this hotel.
We have visited Palo Duro Canyon Park twice with my family. It’s the best place to relax and watch the stars with the people you love. The camping spots were nice and well maintained. The second time around we had rented an RV, so our stay was more comfortable. In the morning you should go hiking, but even if you are not the adventuring type you can just walk around and admire the spectacular view. At night the best thing you can do is to stay up till late and watch the stars specially under a clear sky. Its a great place for the whole family and an experience you will remember for a lifetime.
I stayed at Buffalo Inn with my husband and daughter. When we got there we were impressed by how big the parking lot was. The staff was kind and friendly and the check in was super fast. Our room was quiet, spacious, with a flat screen tv, a mini fridge and a microwave. The whole hotel is very clean and the breakfast was great, fresh and tasty, with many options to choose from. There are also many places to eat in walking distance from the hotel. The price was reasonable. I reccomend this hotel.
Last year we were in Amarillo looking for a place to stay until we stumbled upon the Comfort Inn and Suites. Easy on and off the freeway. The staff was super friendly and gave us all the help and information that we needed. The check in took us only a minute. The room was lovely, big and very clean, the bed and pillows were comfy and the room also had a microwave. They have a tasty breakfast menu with many options. If I was ever around the area looking for a place to spend the night, then I would stay here again.
Spending the night in Best Western Red Carpet Inn was a shot in the dark, i really didn’t know what to expect, but when i got in the reception i was pleasantly surprised. Ok it’s an old hotel but nicely preserved, the staff was very kind and the receptionist checked me in immediately. My room was very clean and some things there, were brand new, in the room were an iron and ironing board and a coffee maker. The WiFi had strong signal too. The hotel is near train tracks but the room was very quiet and relaxing. I’d stay there again and i recommend it.
While on our roadtrip around Texas we decided to take a break from all the driving so we stopped at the Fort Amarillo RV Resort for two days. Our check in went fast and smoothly and the staff was very friendly just looking to help you in any way they could. They offered a large variety of things to do, both for children and adults. There was an indoor heated pool, a gym and a hot tub, they all seemed very clean and they were easily accessible. The kids had their own play area. There was also a small fishing pond on the premises and their gift shop was very nice if you are looking to get some souvenirs from your trip. I have to add that the WiFi had a strong signal all around the resort, no problem there! All in all, if you are near Amarillo and are looking for a place to park your RV and blow off some steam for a few days, then I highly recommend this resort to you.
I've stayed at Hilton Garden in Amarillo on a business trip. The hotels location is great right next to the interstate, and close to a Big Texan Steakhouse and the center of Amarillo. The staff was very helpful and courteous, the check in and the check out took only a minute. My room was very clean and nicely decorated, the bed was the best, so soft and comfy, the room also had a big desk and cable TV. The hotels fitness center had new equipment and the breakfast was tasty and fresh. It was a very good stay and i highly recommend this hotel.
My family and I stayed overnight at Homewood Suites By Hilton and we had a good night sleep. It’s a very clean hotel with classic decoration and very friendly staff. Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable and soft, the bathroom smelled fresh and clean! The location is very convenient right next to I-40 and there are many bars and restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast was average, but fresh and tasty. The price is reasonable too. We had a good night's sleep there and the next day we left, i’d stay there again.
Country Inn and Suites in Amarillo is a nice hotel, where you can find everything a family needs. We stayed there for two days last year. They provide you a big and safe parking lot for your car, and the hotels location is great, very close to restaurants and shopping areas. The staff was helpful and the receptionist checked us in within a minute. Our room was great, not too big not too small, very clean bathroom and a comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious with biscuits and gravy that you have to try. The hotel also provides a big and very clean swimming pool, spa and free WiFi with great speed. If you get there, really close to the hotel you can find the Cadillac Ranch which is a nice experience to visit.
