A very nice 2-3 hour stop if you like Pueblan ruins. If it fits your routing plans, stop at the Edge of Cedars State Park Museum in Blanding to get a good overview of Pueblan art, architecture and history. If it’s late spring or summer, go to Hovenweep EARLY, it was 94 degrees at 10am.
A wonderful place to spend an afternoon and a morning: scenic, quiet, fairly private, great place for a walk with the dog. We were so happy to be here and not shoehorned into another KOA.
Nice modern dog-friendly room with comfy beds at a good price with a little highway noise that the a/c drowns out.
