Fairly level sites, easy off the highway. Good playground and pool. Would definitely stay here again

Came in and the lady recognized my voice as I called earlier to see if we needed a reservation and she said no just be there before 9p.
Loved the tree stumps that were carved all around, and the little touches. Looked like mostly rvs/campers that were permanently parked but empty as there was only one other car there besides us. The place is clean and upkept. The barn or lounge area had cool music posters. The laundry room was clean and cheaper than most sites we stayed at. The office closes however the lounge, bathrooms, and laundry room were open 24/7.
Bathrooms are colorful, clean, and have showers. It takes a bit to get hot water, but once it’s on it’s hot.
The pool and golf course was closed can’t comment.
Scott was super nice gave our son a toy and even though we bent a jack, he was quick to help.
Some road noise, but would stay here again.

We had a great experience staying overnight here! The person who checked us in was nice, and the person who helped us get setup at our spot was extremely helpful (he towed our dolly on his golf cart to help us out since they didn’t have any pull through spots available—we just showed up, probably should’ve called first, but it worked out great anyways!). Overall, a great overnight stay experience! We would certainly stay here again when traveling on I-70!

This campground was perfect for our overnight stay as part of a longer adventure. The staff were extremely nice helping us to our site and getting us all set up. The campground was quiet and clean. Would definitely stay again if our travels brought us nearby in the future. There is no wi-fi or cable, if that is important to you, but for our stay it didn't matter, and cell service / cellular data speeds were adequate for our needs.

At 8:30pm, we decided to not push on. Knowing it was a Saturday and late, we were fortunate Pat and Scott could accommodate us.
We arrived at 9:03pm and Scott was there to get us. He showed us to our site and helped us back in!
We had a little trouble with our electric and Scott came out to help.
Very nice and helpful hosts!
The park was quiet and well maintained.
Lots of full timers who take great care of their rigs and spaces.
We planned to leave early but wound up enjoying a slow morning.
Definitely recommend!

This is a nice stop while passing through! The owners are the sweetest and very helpful and kept checking in to make sure everything was well. The grounds are tidy and the facilities are clean. They have a very well maintained pool. The campsites are spacious and well maintained. It is easy to find with GPS off of the highway. I would recommend staying here. The only issue is, it is somewhat close to the interstate, thus, you can hear the traffic and it can get a bit loud.

Stopped for the night and would stay there again. Easy off I-70 and in a beautiful setting next to a river. Scott, the friendly owner, led us to our site. We try to avoid chain-anythings while traveling, and we’re very happy with the cleanliness and quirkiness it was exactly what hat we look for.
The only downside was the weather - cold, damp, misty, cloudy and windy so we couldn’t take the park path to the river.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. Check in and set up was quick and very easy. The owners were there to help with everything that came up. When we got parked they let us know to avoid a particular tree with bees they were in the process of removing. The grounds and bathrooms were very well maintained. Probably the cleanest showers of any campsite or RV place I’ve been to. Great place to stay!
