We stayed here for the Sunset RV rally. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms.

I stayed at site 31. No electric at this site but some do have it. Nice trails with beautiful views of the waterfalls, lake and River. Showers and bathrooms need updated.

We stayed at site 19 that was next to bathrooms and showers. They were very clean. About half the campground has electric and the other half had nothing. I don’t think any of the sites has water hook ups. There are water spigots around the campground. There is a dump station at the back of the park. The park is next to the Rock River and has a boat dock. I was told there is pike and walleye in the creek that flows into the Rock River. There is a park for the kids to play at the entrance to the campground. Not much for hiking trails but is a very pretty park and looks like it’s well taken care of.

I stayed at site 42/43 buddy site with family. There wasn't enough flat space for a tent in the grass and barely a big enough space for 2 tents on gravel. It's a nice campground but sites a next to each other with no privacy. Bathrooms were clean. The beach area is nice. Great trails but lots of hills so be prepared.

We stayed at site 33 for two nights. The site was spacious and no sites were to the left of us and they used the site to the right for storing a mower. The sites were all cement with rocky surface where the fire pit and grill is. If you can get a site next to the River there are some beautiful views of the Mississippi. The only complaint I have is the shower drain was plugged leaving you standing in two inches of water trying to get dressed.

We stayed at site 29 for 5 days. Pretty private and lots of mosquitoes but that’s expected this time of year. They had the water shut off throughout the campground but the one at the office was running. Showers were new and very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at site 57. Nice area with a big lake. I only found 1 bathroom in the front area of the campground. The showers were old and need updated. The bathrooms weren’t very clean. They have Internet that worked pretty decent. I wouldn’t stay here again because I prefer more secluded sites. Everyone was friendly and I would recommend. Not a lot around if your looking for things to do around the area.

Great little campground. My site had 30 amp hook up only. It was pretty level. Good hiking trails and decent sized lake for fishing. It has a little restaurant next to lake but it was still closed for the season. Campground has vault toilets around and there is a shower area but I didn’t use.

We stayed 4 nights in the Mather section at site 29. Very roomy and nice. It was right across from the bathrooms and shower. The campground shady and a short drive from the beach. Staff was very friendly. The site didn’t have electric or water hook ups.

There were only a couple other campers in the whole campground. It was very quiet at night. I will say during the day there were lots of motorcycles driving by on the road next to the campground. We heard a couple trains in the distance. Overall we had a good experience. The ranger came by around 7pm to collect money. The bathrooms didn’t look like they get much attention.
