Sites are huge! All pull throughs w 50 amp FHUs. Sites are dirt. No grass or trees. Some room between sites. Site was very level. Fortunately the wind wasn’t blowing too hard otherwise it would get real dusty here. This is a big park! Almost 200 sites. Many sites appear to be on long term leases. Not crowded at all! A great place for star watchers.

This resort is fairly new and as such it shows. Every site is clean and well kept. The private bath rooms are super clean and many of them have showers. The sites have grass strips between them and each site has a fire pit and picnic table. The “club house” has a nice coin-op laundry, a ping pong table, foos-ball and pool table. There’s also a hot tub, small pool and pickle ball courts. They also have a small grocery w basic camping gear for sale. The resort is ~1.5 miles from a Kroger grocery store and the huge Mesa Mall shopping area. No cable TV, but plenty of broadcast stations. Unlike many parks the Wi-Fi actually worked very well! If you have bikes make sure you ride the River front trail! This is our second stay here and it won’t be our last. The only downside is it’s right next to I-70, so you’ll hear traffic noise, especially if you’re at the north (least expensive side) of the resort.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Park is convenient thou hard to locate. It’s off Hwy 62-75 behind Mike Bailey Dodge. The Rustlers BBQ restaurant is in front of the “park” of only 6 spaces. The BBQ was really good and it was nice to just walk to dinner after driving all day. Each spot is pull thru w FHU. The sites are cramped, and you hear some traffic noise from the highway, but parking here for a night gets the job done.

A very easy walk to a nearby grocery store was a bonus. Check in was pleasant. The park is only partly pull thru sites. Many long termers. All sites were FHU. The sites have a little room between them, but not much. Lots of noise from trucks going up and down the highway.

All sites are level concrete pads, which is nice. All are FHU and pull throughs. It’s very apparent there’s lots of local/full timers here cause there’s lots of travel trailers and not a lot of people around. The sites have a little bit of room between them, but there’s no green spaces. There’s a small playground for kids. Since there’s not very many people around, it’s pretty quiet, except for traffic noise from highway 62. Speaking of the highway… the access to the park from the highway is easy if you’re going east. If you’re going west on 62 to get to the park, you’ll have to drive past the park and do a u turn to get back to the park entrance.

If you don’t register online, you register in the Office, which is a red/brown brick building. FHU w a bathhouse! Not much shade but spots in the Blue Zone were level. Lots of pull throughs! Very close to shopping.

This place just opened this year and it’s still under construction. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and we were really glad they were open so late in the season. The facilities are very nice and the bath house was very new and nicely done. Once this place is done it’ll be really nice but some more greenery would be nice. Cell service in this town is marginal at best. The parks WiFi worked pretty well.

Mostly filled with full timers. The park is very junky and run down. Sites are gravel and mostly level. Pull throughs had full hookups, but you gotta dig in a wooden box for the water. WiFi was essentially useless and after it gets so much use, they shut it off, which happens pretty quickly. (Which they do tell you ahead of time, that it’ll happen.) Quite a bit of noise from the highway. This is the only rv park on the north side of town,so you don’t have much of a choice.

The biggest complaint I have is that the sites and roadways were a little narrow. You do hear a little traffic noise from the highway, but it’s not bad. The WiFi worked very well. Even though our pull through site had FHU’s, water wasn’t available yet due to the freezing temps. The gravel site could have been more level. They did have fresh water at the dump site, so at least that was available. It sure would be nice if they didn’t charge you full price since they didn’t have water at the sites. We never tried the bathhouses, so we can’t talk to that. The staff was pleasant. One nice thing is they were using a small bobcat tractor to smooth out the potholes and ruts in the driveway. I sure wish other parks would do the same. This rv park is the closest to town. Right on the corner of Robert Service Dr and the AlCan.

All sites appear to be pull throughs and FHU’s. The sites are gravel. Our site wasn’t totally level, but not excessive. There’s a little room between the sites, and the hook ups are easy to get to. We heard a little traffic noise from town, but it wasn’t bad and besides, it was nice being in town and not in an outlying area. No train noise! A lot of locals/full timers must be here cause we didn’t hear or see many people in the park. It’s essentially a large paved/gravel parking lot, but it was clean and neat. The WiFi worked, but as the evening went on and more people got online, it degraded so much I switched to my cell phone data. With our PPA discount it was only $20! Check in process was easy and they gave us a nice booklet of local attractions, which was a nice touch.
