If you map it online you’ll see that there’s a “Spring River Trailer Park “ (which is where this is taking you), and then there’s the “Spring River RV Park” which is off of College road. It’s literally right down the street so the discrepancy in the address isn’t really a big deal.
Like the title said, the Rvs that are here are mostly here for a while, but they did have room for some overnights. Spaces were decently apart, enough for most rigs to open awnings.
Full hookups, 20,30, & 50 amps. We checked in after hours, (around 7) And the lady that helped us was real nice and walked down to come do our paperwork and show us the site.
The park is within a 20 min walk to Main Street. We’ve been to Roswell before and weren’t really looking to do tourist things, but the location would be pretty great for anyone interested in that sort of thing.

This quiet park was mostly full-timers but I got a space for 2 nights and it was a nice location to see the town of Roswell and the sties. The Passport America rate of $20/night was good, along with the owner taking credit cards.
The spaces were mostly taken by full-timers and some spots were junky looking, I think the row I was in was for mostly shorter stays so there was less junk outside RVs. The sites were tight, I has to park my rig and my car very close to my neighbor.
There is a decent park just outside the back gate of the park, great for dogs but most people let their dogs off leash and I don't like that.
There was a laundry room there that was very dirty. My white clothes came out a little clay-colored from someone before washing work clothes. And the dryers take 2 full cycles to dry clothes.

We stayed one night in September. We were going to stay two and do laundry, but the smell of dog poop made us leave. The first site she put us in by the laundry as I requested was so full of poop it was unbelievable. We moved to a cleaner spot but the smell was terrible because the whole park is full of dogs, we stayed because it was late. So I guess if your a dog lover and can stand it it’s a nice place for the money. Very friendly and helpful about the area and no problem getting our money back for the second night we did not stay.

Stayed March 28. We were going to boondock our one night in the area, but with temps pushing 90 degrees we decided A/C would be a nice treat. Made a reservation ahead of time and was told to call when we reached the outskirts of town. Easy, friendly check-in and she gave us recommendations for places to eat along with a packet filled with brochures and local things to do. Nice spot to spend a night, very wide paved interior roads, gravel sites. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Quiet at night. PPA rate $20 well worth it. Level site, water, electric sewer. 2 bars of 4G but no through-put, not much better with booster and their WiFi was unusable.

All sites appear to be pull throughs and FHU’s. The sites are gravel. Our site wasn’t totally level, but not excessive. There’s a little room between the sites, and the hook ups are easy to get to. We heard a little traffic noise from town, but it wasn’t bad and besides, it was nice being in town and not in an outlying area. No train noise! A lot of locals/full timers must be here cause we didn’t hear or see many people in the park. It’s essentially a large paved/gravel parking lot, but it was clean and neat. The WiFi worked, but as the evening went on and more people got online, it degraded so much I switched to my cell phone data. With our PPA discount it was only $20! Check in process was easy and they gave us a nice booklet of local attractions, which was a nice touch.

Very nice people who manage it! Full hookups Wi-Fi laundry. Nice bathroom and showers. You are only a few minutes from the downtown area. Best part was the price! $35 a night.
