We had a good stay here when we visited Austin for a few days. The park is new and undergoing construction to expand. We did not notice a lot of construction noise but we were in the middle of the existing park. The current area is all concrete pads for sites and they are very spacious. Arrived early afternoon and we were escorted to our site. Park roads were very maneuverable. The WiFi was adequate for our use of simple surfing. Very few amenities right now as the park is still undergoing construction (no bathhouse, no walking/bike paths). The location was convenient for our visit to Austin and also very close to the airport. Would stay here again.

We stayed at Bending Oaks Ranch RV Resort for 3 nights when visiting Fredericksburg. The resort was clean and quiet, although there was some road noise (to be expected) but nothing that affected us. We picked this resort because of the location and other reviews stating how many trees there were vs just being another wide open RV park. Full disclosure, this resort is adults only so understand this before you book. One of the staff called us the morning of our arrival to check in. We arrived after 5pm but a staff member met us at the entrance to escort us to our site which was great, as it was dark. There was a welcome bag left on our picnic table with campground and area information. Site was mostly level and had a picnic bench. There was a divider fence between our site and the one next door. WiFi was adequate but a little slow. Only used the bathrooms/showers once but they were clean. Location was great and close to all of the wineries and to the town. The resort was previously a KOA but is no longer a KOA. The owners are making many updates to the facilities. I would definitely stay here again given it's location and country feel and I recommend it to others.

We loved our stay here! The park is new and expanding (owners have many plans). The sites were level, full hookups, with amazing views. Each site had a new picnic table. This was our second trip out with our RV and the sites were easy to get in and out. The location is top notch, conveniently located to both Big Bend National Park and Big Bend Ranch State Park (a hidden gem). The owners made us feel very welcome and we loved the landscaping and the community area. When we return to the area, we will 100% stay here again. Cell service was 5 bars with both AT&T and Google Fi. Highly recommend!
