In the true sense, this is not really a campground (yet). It really is a large lot with grass and gravel. We were told that this was their first full year of operation and they had plans to expand. That being said, we did enjoy our stay as we were passing through the area and just stayed for two nights. We did not use the facilities as we are self contained. It was quiet and it was nice to have E/W/S at each site. The location was nice as it was a beautiful 2.5 mile bike ride to Fort Point State Park and the road directly across the street from the RV park was a quick walk to the beach. Great place for a limited stay. The free WiFi, while not super fast, was good to have as our TMobile service was not very strong.

We stopped for a night driving through to Idaho and this was a beautiful spot! It was mid-April and we were the only ones there. It was not a bad ride getting in and there were nice picnic tables and fire rings available. Would definitely recommend.

Camped at the beginning of September and would definitely come back. The sites were not only spacious but also well spaced apart. Beautiful views on most waterfront sites, and wooded sites were also generously spaced. Campground was well maintained and very clean. Can’t wait to return!

This is one of the very nicest campgrounds we have visited and we have been RVing full time for 7 months! The Catoma Loop is beautiful — long concrete level pads with picnic tables, grills, etc. and lots of space between sites. Paved roads were great for long walks. Really, there’s not a bad site in the entire loop. Walked through Antioch Loop (currently closed for camping) but even that section looked nice. Great value. Would definitely recommend. (Note: we are self-contained so did not visit the restroom facilities on site.)

Found this park through Campendium and I agree with the other reviews. This is a convenient, quiet, and friendly park. The bathrooms are dated but very clean; the laundry room was also clean. Located on the banks of the Suwannee River. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Our reservation was for only two nights but we decided we liked it so much we asked for an additional night. DJ was awesome, friendly and helpful. We also met some incredibly nice neighbors, Mike and Moe! Even though the small park was half full, it was peaceful and very quiet and we had very good WiFi. Would definitely recommend.
