I pulled in on a Sunday night around 830 pm in September 2020 and found one spot of the three still open (there are supposed to be four but I only saw three). I have a Vanagon Camper and grabbed a spot with a picnic table and a fire ring. There were two larger RV trailers already there. One was playing music a bit loudly but turned it off as soon as it was actually dark. Another car pulled in soon after me and just found a spot to sleep. This is the kind of campground where even if there isn’t a real spot you can easily carve out your own little area. There was a pit toilet available but I did not use it. The lake water is not actually that close to the campground but it was lovely to see it from a bit of a distance. There were definitely other spots you could camp right nearby the official spots so worth venturing into even it it’s late. Very peaceful nice spot but no services and no cell service.

We skipped the first set of sites and drove a little down the road to a beautiful spot that we had to ourselves. I don’t see where I can put our trailer length but ours was 28’ and I don’t see why you couldn’t be much longer at least at the spot we were at.
It dumped snow the first night (NOT on the weather forecast) and I thought we’d be stuck forever bc it was already a little muddy coming in. We did stay an extra day due to trying to give that muddy spot on the road time to dry a little more, and we were so happy to stay longer than planned because it was definitely our favorite place we had been to.
Riding: Kids could ride their little Polaris ranger all around and since there was so much area, they had room to go all over where we could still see them. It was a very safe little spot for them to do so and still have fun. Took the Polaris down the road further to more beautiful spots but it was just too muddy when we went to get far.
If you can catch the moon and it’s reflection over this reservoir, it’s such a treat. During the day the reflections of the clouds and mountains make for a special treat as well. Just everything about this spot was beautiful and special. I really hope this spot ends up along the way of another adventure so we can visit again and stay longer.
Signal: We had no signal on our phones, BUT I highly recommend paying for vehicle wifi if you’re on a big trip and have the option. We were able to have great signal at this site (and many others) if we just turned on the truck for a minute. I’d imagine wifi-enabled trailers might be the same.

Stayed here for a quick stop on our way to Boise when it was getting dark. It was Friday of memorial day weekend, but we still found the last open place. The other campers were very nice. The only issue is the insane bug population at about sunset. Bring a screen room or stay inside if you want to avoid death by mosquito.

This was our first time staying on BLM land and we had a great time! The road going down to the reservoir wasn’t bad, which we were worried about at first. We were the fourth camper there so we parked in the grass and set up camp. The mosquitos were pretty bad but with some bug spray and a citronella candle they were bearable. We got lucky with a nice wind blowing at night and luckily it cooled off. The stars were AMAZING and we saw several shooting stars as well! We really enjoyed our night here! The cell service was obviously not too good but with AT&T I was able to access the internet fine but my fiancé who was Verizon, had no cell reception. Overall it was a great experience!

This was a nice location to stop for a night. We have a massive 44 foot fifth wheel that we had no issues getting down here. Granted we were here November 15th and completely alone until well after dark. I can see that in the summer time we wouldn’t be able to fit as easily. The reservoir was drained out mostly, but it provided a nice bike ride. The stars were incredible!

We stopped for a night driving through to Idaho and this was a beautiful spot! It was mid-April and we were the only ones there. It was not a bad ride getting in and there were nice picnic tables and fire rings available. Would definitely recommend.

Easy in/out off highway (app 1 mile) on good gravel road. Clean bathrooms, quiet, mosquitos. Oh, did I mention the hungry mosquitoes?

The Jordon Valley is vast. The reservoir is low did have some snow geese. Silver city is accessible from here but give yourself a full day. Leave the camper behind.
The camp ground is a flat graver lots. Has 4 sites plus room on the perimeter. The road is not well mark. Look for MP 32.

No problem getting down the 1.5 mi gravel road with our 36' fifth wheel. Sites were "level enough" and just required some leveling blocks. Starlink worked great. Zero Verizon coverage. No services of any kind nearby - laundry, grocery, gas/diesel, propane, water or dump. Come prepared! No trees, so endless solar capability. There is a bathroom at the "campground" as well as 4 picnic tables and fire rings. We went past the campground to the spot marked on campendium and parked there for 2 weeks. Buggy at the end of Sept, but they don't seem to bite - not sure what they are. Highly recommend this spot and will definitely return.

Beautiful location, spots near the restroom at the front, we continued down further the road. It can get very rocky so be careful! We camped closer to the water, again lots of rocks. Very beautiful and quiet
