Our site was stunning! Surrounded by wildflowers, 360 degree Mountain View’s, a fantastic lake and quiet campground. The only negative is there’s been a lot of trees removed due to pine beetle kill, so you can generally see your neighbors. But you will forget about that looking at the rest of the views!

Probably the nicest place I have ever “camped” haha! If you rough it here, you missed the point. It is pricey, but the amenities and atmosphere are what you are paying for. Great jump off for Rocky Mountain National park, but you may find yourself never leaving the resort. We enjoyed our stay and actually plan to come back, though we tend to do more off grid stuff generally. Sometimes you need to take care of yourself, and this place lets you do it with ease!

I mean, it’s basically in town RV park. Good pool, decent sites. A bit loud due to it’s proximity to I-70, 6th Avenue and C-470. But all in all, a place to hang a hat for an evening, or if you are visiting on the west side of town, you are close to everything.

We have stayed at this KOA several times, mostly on our way to other destinations. Has a great little playground, views. We also used as a maiden voyage destination for our new trailer. Spots are a little close to each other, but overall a nice little campground.
