We made a last minute call for a 1 night reservation, no issues finding us a space. We are roughly 71’ with our toad and didn’t need to unhook to pull into our site. Fantastic hard pack gravel sites with repurposed astro turf around the edges of the green space. This campground is new and there is still construction on amenities and additional sites. We took a look around the soon to open clubhouse. The gym, meeting space with kitchenette, restrooms, and new office should be ready by the end of the month.

We came on board as a work camp gig to convert a trailer park into a rv park. This campground will have 17 FHU sites. Currently, 6 are pull through with the potential for 4 additional pull throughs. The remainder of the sites are back in. All sites are big rig friendly. All sites are packed sand clay with packed gravel on top. Since it was a trailer park, each site has a ton of space between rigs. Each site has its own power/water/sewer set up so in the event something goes wrong at another site, yours won’t be effected. There is a trail at the back of the campground that leads to a pond and a future resort style campground. Fire pits and picnic tables are slated for each site but not installed yet. The campground is physically located at 901 W Canal Rd off of Maple Village Circle in Sellers, SC.

We booked a week long stay and loved our time! This is going to be a resort but is currently still under construction so not all things are squared away yet. The owner was easy to contact and get ahold of during the reservation process and if we had questions. He met us at the campground and walked us through the various buildings and features of the park. The first 14 spaces are concrete and fully ready to be used. Parking for tow vehicles is gravel and dirt. Our site was perfectly level, our system needed to make no adjustments, first time ever for our rig. The water has great pressure and there is solid power. Even though the park is close to a fairly busy road, road noise was not an issue.

This campground is outside of Shreveport and Mansfield, about 20-30min from either town. The park offers 155 sites, all full hook-up, all hard packed gravel, all almost perfectly level. The perimeter sites on the left hand side of the entrance have 2 options for water and sewer hook up, one further back towards the fence and one close to the front of the site. All utilities are well maintained and look new. The park mainly caters to workers on the pipeline and oil field but anyone may come and stay. Because it is a working mans campground it is almost empty on the weekends, as they go home, and the guys go to work early and return later in the evening during the week. There is a train track that runs on the other side of the road and is used frequently but all campgrounds in this part of LA have trains that go by. The campground has wifi and laundry but we didn't use either of those.

We stayed during their spring season. They have 4 levels of rates based on the season and have snowbird rates as well. For the price you get a gated entry, concrete pad, concrete fire pit, recycle bin, any electrical amp you need, laundry, playground, pool, and valet trash pick up. The folks here take pride in maintaining a beautiful park and family friendly environment. They are making additions to the office and large laundry facility but their construction does not run past business hours or get in the way of park road access. To maintain safety protocols, everything for check-in and wood delivery is done via text and email. Getting a highlighted path to your particular site was a nice perk thanks to a picture text sent the day of our arrival. They have wifi throughout the campground and we had a great signal the whole time. If you want a golf cart, they have a company they work with and you place your rental request prior to your arrival and your golf cart is delivered to your site and picked up after your departure. The beach, entertainment, and restaurants are all half a mile to a mile away. There is a small regional airport that shares a property line with the campground. The airport is most active during business hours and isn’t very loud or distracting.

After such a great stay last time, we booked another week long stay here. This time we snagged one of the back-in angle spots, fantastic! Love having such great wifi and cell signal. The bathhouse/laundry look to be completed and the guard shack and arcade/office are not far behind. We will be making another reservation here in the future.

We stayed at this cute park for 1 night. At check-in the fabulous office staff adjusted our site assignment for one that would better accommodate our size at no extra charge. Hearing 45ft and seeing 45ft are 2 different things. All sites are concrete, level, have grass, and space to park your tow. Available amenities include shower, laundry, rec room, fishing, kayaking, pool, and doggie run spots. We tested out the pool and it was very clean and enjoyable. The park overall is very clean and well kept. They seem to be adding some additional sites so there is construction stuff happening but not too early or too late.

We stayed here 2 nights. The first night was free and the second was $15.90 after taxes. They have 50amp and 30amp hook ups and water. The parking lot is huge, easy to navigate, and level. Lots of semis stay in the semi lot but we were the only rv in the rv lot. They have 8 spaces and are first come first serve. Really quiet even though the casino is right off the highway and truckers pull in as well.

Stayed here instead of our first choice, they were full. Solid gravel lot with paved picnic slabs. Power, water, sewer all in good shape and the sewer connection is covered to protect from debris. The getting in is a bit tricky but if you go to the first side street passed the fuel stations there is an alley/back road that will make life easier. Cash payments only and they are a Passport America location. The highway is right there but the noise wasnt terrible.

We stayed here for a week while we found a campground closer to the Humble area. Cut n Shoot is about 20-30 min in any direction of a major highway and grocery store. The front row of sites are long enough we didn't need to unhook to pull in. The lots are all dirt and large chunk gravel. Our site was not too far off level, which is always a nice treat. All utilities are in great shape and each site is 30 and 50 amp. A lot of permanent residence but it is quiet and everyone is respectful. There is a small playground, laundry facility, small pond, and lots of grass for those with dogs. The road between sites is 1 lane, getting out without rolling over grass and other sites was challenging. We opted to back out of our site onto the main campground road to avoid getting in the grass or other sites.
