Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on May 09, 2023This park has numerous pull thru spots for just about any size rig. 32’ 5th wheel and we were able to stay hooked up or detach per our preferences. The pads are gravel, each with with an Astro turf pad and rock fireplace.
Power at each site has 50a and 30a plugs, plus a courtesy 20a.
Secluded and extremely quiet, convenient for travelers for a quick nights rest. Cell reception via Spectrum is a little lacking however they have complimentary wifi.
If you’re trekking through Columbia SC looking for a spot to rest, this is the spot!

I believe this will be a 5 star park when everything is completed. For now , construction of additional loops and buildings are underway. We paid about $62 per night tax incl. There is no office yet. Hosts (really nice) meet you and escort you to your site. Nice fenced dog park with astro turf. The sites are 5 stars. FHU pull thru's are very long to outrageously long. All have small trees, shrubbery, etc between sites. Sites are level gravel with some astro turf at the patio area. We had a Dish satellite signal and I saw a few Starlink antennas. The free wifi was good enough to stream HD. Verizon ranged from 4G 2 bars to 5G with 1 to 3 bars.
Currently, a lot of the people staying here are work campers who leave between 5-7am. Eight out of 10 observe the 5mph speed limit and if not for being an early riser, I never would have heard them. Also, construction noise was not too bad during our stay.

We decided to try this RV park based on location as well as Campendium ratings from other campers. I thought there was a lot of potential for this campground. The location is fantastic for overnighters. The dog park, well the fenced in area with astro turf is a good start but would be nice to see some real grass. Grass was something that this park has little of - although there was one area that had dog bags and grass which wasn't far from our site. The sites are HUGE no doubt and would fit ANY SIZE rig for sure. Full hookup along with a speedy WiFI which we were able to utilize to stream some TV! The folks greeted us and were fantastic - our site that we booked was taken by another camper but they found us another site (although not as nice) but was fine for our overnight in the wide open. I think the price is a bit steep for where the construction of this campground is.. like to have seen it under 50.00 and then bring it up once the pool and other amenities are in place.

We made a last minute call for a 1 night reservation, no issues finding us a space. We are roughly 71’ with our toad and didn’t need to unhook to pull into our site. Fantastic hard pack gravel sites with repurposed astro turf around the edges of the green space. This campground is new and there is still construction on amenities and additional sites. We took a look around the soon to open clubhouse. The gym, meeting space with kitchenette, restrooms, and new office should be ready by the end of the month.

It’s a bit of a way down the access road, but it is big rig friendly. Pull through sites are long, easy in and out.

We were met by a person in a golf cart who took us to our site. He handed us a Wi-Fi password code which when I tried later couldn’t connect. Until early the next morning. It would of been nice to have a map of the campground.

Stayed here one night in January 2024. Led to level gravel pull-through FHU site #31 by golf cart. Staff friendly and helpful. Bathhouse (in same building as office) is relatively new and very nice, though quite a distance from some sites. They even have a gym/fitness center (this might have been a first for us). Fair water pressure and clean power at site. Convenient to Columbia, but far enough off highway to be fairly quiet.

Definitely a good park for big rigs. Still in construction washers leave stains so I don’t use them and they’re kinda pricy for size of washers. New playground, sites are somewhat level no grass just some random pieces of turf grass they got from a football field.
This might be one of the most accommodating, clean, beautiful camp ground I have ever visited. The photos do not do it justice. The husband wife team running the place were very kind and helpful.
Laundry room was immaculate. Frisbee golf, playground, basketball, covered spots, turf walkouts, great WiFi that actually works, beautiful CLEAN showers.
