This campground is simply a pasture turned campground. There is no shade so we were thankful for a cloudy, rainy day to be there when temps were in the 90s. On the other hand, you are then stuck with wet grass all over your feet. Grass needed cutting so it was a mess in the rain. It does have full hook-ups. It is convenient to the interstate when passing through the Knoxville area.

Campground was convenient to visit family so that’s why we chose it. We prefer much more space. The sites are extremely close together. We had no shade on our site. We had no choice of site and there was no online registration. The views were very limited. Bath house/restrooms were clean and adequate. The pool was clean. You are definitely paying for location.

Beautiful campground. Wooded with views of the lake. Large concrete pads. Our site had a huge wooden deck with picnic table. Site also had grill, fire pit and lantern hooks. Adequate distance between the sites. Self check in, but site pole had parking passes clipped to it with nights reserved.

Nice campground with shady concrete pads. Most were long enough for us to stay hooked up if needed with a 26’ trailer. They have gravel patios with grills and fire rings. Site 47 was a bit low and probably would not be great if rainy but was very shady which was great for a hot summer day. Almost all sites on loops 2 & 3 were good. Didn’t really look at loop 1. Bath house was clean. Family type atmosphere on July 4th. Great for us as we were passing through the area.
