We stayed in Albert Squirrel Loop site # 8 and it was beautiful! The landscape provides some privacy but also sun for charging our solar. Everything was well maintained but left as natural as possible.
We have a 22’ with 1 slide and had no trouble getting around and into our spot. We did see larger RVs throughout the campground.
US Cellular is our mobile provider and we had 1-2 bars fairly consistently.
We loved it here and will be back!

We initially booked our 2 night stay through the reservation system because that is what it lead us to believe was required. Our site was in the Bay View Loop #13 and was supposed to be a water view site, water view was an exaggeration. The entire loop was not very well maintained.
We asked to move to another site and was told “reserved areas” were managed differently than the FCFS sites and not transferable. So we moved our camper to FCFS water front site #46 and paid the 20$ rate and had a very enjoyable last night. The Host told us that the park reservation site does not do a good job of promoting the sites that don’t require a reservation.
