Stopped to use the dump….thanks to previous comment on where to find it. However we could not find the potable water.
We parked on the grocery side of parking lot. Nice level spot. Called first to be sure we could park overnight and was told to park away from the pharmacy. Shopped at Walmart (which was very clean and well stocked) and bought a delicious rotisserie chicken for dinner and a few other supplies. Store closes at 11 but parking lot stays well lit. Some noise during the night but wasn’t bad. Felt perfectly safe.
There are several long spaces designated for RV parking on east side of building. Very convenient for overnight parking. Several eating places within walking distance plus all the fun stuff to look at and buy in Cabelas. Those who don’t mind dry camping this is the place to stop for the night.
Parked in designated spots down by the boats. Several nice restaurants are within walkable distance. Quiet and I felt safe. We did not unhook.

This is one of the nicest rest areas I’ve stayed overnight in. Bathrooms are large and very clean. Lots of picnic tables with some in shade of large trees. About 10 rigs where there with us. We felt very safe. Before we left in the morning we hiked about a ½ mile up a well marked hiking trail that sign said was a 6 mile loop. We saw several bird watchers. Not much along hiway 20 between Bend and Burns...so this was a very nice surprise. Will definitely stop again on next trip. No water or dump.

Large parking area specifically for RV’s overnight parking off exit 1 in Post Falls ID. Hard to see from freeway and no signs that we could see but worth driving around to find it. New modern area and we felt very safe around many other RV’s.

Nice park with grassy pull throughs and back in sites. Clean facilities. Good internet connections. We had a electric/water site and used the dump before we left the park. Close to town. We pulled in on Memorial Day without reservations and had choice of many sites.

Stopped here for one night on others recommendation from Campendium. We had a nice site that was long enough so that we would not have to unhook. Full hook ups and Wi-Fi in the park. Small store with some food and supplies. Very clean bathrooms and showers. Good Sam accepted and will take reservations.

We have stayed here many times because of it close location to Whittington. Older RV park but owners are very friendly and accommodating. Full hookups and sites for large RV’s. Close to freeway so easy overnight for travelers. There is cell phone reception, sketchy internet and local tv reception with an antenna booster. Nice laundry room available but because of Covid-19 bathrooms are still closed.
