We have a 30 foot fifth wheel and had no problem maneuvering into where the dump station is set up. Dump station is next to the air & vacuum pumps.
We loved this site! Follow the directions in some of the other reviews for how to get there and go left when you first enter for better road/if you’re towing. We picked a spot a little further in along the fencing in a perfect pull through area. The ground was mostly level, dusty and with some snow we got it did get muddy though not the end of the world. Great walking on seemingly endless dirt roads through the land.
Couldn’t beat the location being 10-15 minutes from Santa Fe. There’s some ATV traffic and local shooting range nearby, neither bothered us. Great cell reception, didn’t need our booster even.
Water- Phillips 66 on Colina Drive (in warmer months it seems like it’s available at the dog parks down the road too)
Dump- We ended up moving for a night a week in and paying $10 to dump at Roadrunner RV park. Unfortunately couldn’t find a free dump nearby in the off season.
Propane- Tractor Supply, 15 minutes away.

Quiet dispersed campsite with plenty of room and roads in decent condition. We were able to find a great spot tucked away for our 30ft fifth wheel, would recommend staying to the left when you first pull in for bigger rigs. Also plenty of room up front to drop your rig and scout a spot.
Water- Phillips 66, 7 Colina Dr
Propane- Rael’s Propane Services
Dump- Weren’t able to find free dump in Santa Fe, found a free dump in Bernalillo

Easy to access and free dump station at a park! Non-potable water only.
Quiet Boondocking campground tucked far enough back from the highway that you don’t see or hear it too much. There’s no sign on the highway at the turnoff, follow GPS coordinates and you’ll be fine. There are 5 RV sites with fire rings and tables, 5 tent sites with the same. Pit toilets and garbage cans. Plenty of parking for RVs around the sides of the area as well, there’s a metal fence that encloses the campground. Cell signal was strong enough to stream and work off of for both AT&T and Verizon.
Water for a charge at the gas station in Whites City ($15 for up to 60 gallons). We couldn’t find any other free water, some reviews mentioned a spigot in the Rattlesnake Picnic Area, we checked it out but it was turned off. We came in from Roswell and used a free dump station in Artesia.

We LOVED this campground. It’s spacious, clean and quiet. All of the sites are big and have plenty of privacy. Most (if not all) RV sites were pull through too making for easy access. The parking/leveling area is made up if we’ll manicured small rocks so setting up was easy and we weren’t tracking sand/dirt in all week.
The Schoodic Point loop was beautiful and we spent lots of time out exploring. It was a nice pace compared to the main parts of Acadia that tended to be very busy during mid day.
We couldn’t have been happier here and look forward to staying again!

Great quiet boondocking campsite. There are six sites. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and were the only ones there. A couple of truck campers came in the two nights we stayed but were gone early and we had the place mostly to ourselves. There are some nice walking trails with rocky monuments to explore. The campground is minutes from town. $14 per night.

Our stay with Wilderness Edge was very peaceful. Our site was good sized, and they didn’t need the road it was on to have access from the other direction so we were able to use the road as part of the site too. With that it felt huge! Camp hosts and employees were very friendly. The grounds were well kept and clean.
There was only one washer/dryer in the laundry room so we ended up going to town for laundry.
There’s plenty to do in the surrounding area with Mt Katahdin near by. We’d definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean campground on the Hudson River. Large sites, level, somewhat gravel surfaces. Good amount of privacy at each site. Clean bathrooms/showers. Hot water and good shower pressure. Nice walking/biking trails from the campgrounds.
The only downside of this really lovely campground were the mosquitos! There’s very dense brush surrounding the sites and with the rain this season the mosquitos were THICK! The worst we’ve experienced all summer!
Close to Hudson & The Catskills. We’d definitely stay here again!
Cell coverage was pretty decent with a booster, sometimes spotty though.

We pulled in on a Sunday afternoon and there was only one other camper set up in what seemed like a picnic area. We backed into a spot with the Angel Peak right out our back window and man, the badlands were stunning! Would’ve stayed longer but some weather was coming in that made us want to get out of the gusty wind zone.
Dirt roads that were dry and not too rutted when we were there.
