The staff treats you like a customer. So amazingly friendly and caring. Property well maintained!! Broasted chicken is delicious as is the breakfast sandwich. Great internet and cell reception! Super overnight or a couple day stay!

Great location to discover Escalante. We love it here. The people are UNBELIEVABLY friendly. Arrival was so nice, contactless check in is great. We were early, not a problem at all. Sites are wide. When the trees grow the shade will be lovely.

Nice clean park. Full hookups. Good WiFi. Didn’t shower or use the restroom. The couple that own it are incredibly nice. More nice people, this is America and I love it!

Look carefully before you book campgrounds. We have never camped at any campground that had "some full hookups' and no dump station. The ad should have said NO DUMP STATION. So when we get there we thought, well we will be here 2 nights so we should dump then park. No dump station. The ad said "no public showers" which I thought meant, no showers for people from the public to come in to use. The ad should have said NO SHOWERS AT ALL. The RVs had about 2 feet between them. Jam packed in there. There was a fine if you did not pick up your dogs doo doo. However, clearly nobody cared because the dog park smelled like poo every time we went by. Disgusting. Then there was the highway noise. The trains. And the party people. We only stayed one night and we will not be back. The wifi was very sparse as was the cell service. Just not for us.

Great gals in the office! Told you everything you need to know. Decent showers. WiFi good. Our spot had the sewer at the back of the site, so if we wanted to hook up our Jeep would have blocked traffic. Not a good plan. The queue of people at the common dump that make ‘dumping an all day affair’ was ridiculous. One guy dumped, two rigs waiting to dump and he went in the office without moving his rig. Seriously?
Knocked one star off because that’s a bit pricey for what you get. But I would stay again!

We checked in, they said there was WiFi. Clearly no WiFi; hard to plan a trip like that. The gal at the desk knew it. Lots of sneezing, coughing, no mouth covering. Disgusting
If you are sick and you work w people, stay home.
They get 2 stars because we had AC ; the hot tub was broken down. Never again!

This is an amazing stop. The people are unbelievably accommodating, nice, friendly. The cafe has REAL home cooked meals. The chicken and dumplings were like gramma used to make. I am not kidding. And inexpensive. We will stop here again when we are in this area !!! Thanks so much to Sheri and Marc! Read their story, its a good one! We wanted something close to 20 so we expect noise; thats why we didnt knock it down a star for noise. If you want a quiet campground, go away from the highway. Wifi works well in the campground. Its actually in the campground so dont try to use it in the restaurant or office ! My verizon service was not good, talk and text only. Use the WIFI !

Love this park. Stopped for an overnight. The person that said the spaces were tight - so not true. These are big spacious concrete spots. Picnic tables. Showers and laundry close to each spot.

The staff is so friendly and helpful and wonderful.

They make hamburgers and pizza , they are delish! Especially when you are exhausted.

Only slight negative is the fitness room is pretty inadequate. If you throw in a few hand weights and an exercise ball and it would be alright. There is an elliptical, treadmill, universal machine, and a couple of dumbbells. Spend $50 and make it acceptable ......

Great park, Second time here, and we think we still have just scratched the surface. It is amazing. Clean , spacious, the rangers are SOOOO nice. Love this park.
Arrival was great. DO NOT EXPECT ANY CELL SERVICE OR ANY DATA. You will have to drive at least 5 miles to get a couple bars. Or 14 miles for full access. But we loved it !

We pulled in and were greeted by the nicest kindest lady. We asked to extend our stay, and she was so gracious, moving things around. She showed us to our spot. Ensured we were comfortable. Showers - awesome; Laundry - nice; Clean. Just not many machines. But that was okay, we got our load done and moved on! The Dos Amigos restaurant next door, so fun, entertaining and great food.
