We really enjoyed this park. The owners have definitely done everything they can to make this a comfortable place to camp. They have a common area with games for kids and lots of land to walk around. My husband needs wifi for work, so we checked out 3 other parks since the cell service is 3g at best in this area. Roadrunners wifi was lightening fast. I’d highly recommend this spot.

This campground is located behind a huge casino. Only NM residents are allowed to enter the casino at this time. All the campsites are spaced really nicely from each other. They’re all on concrete pads and have fire rings and a picnic table. We’re far enough off the road that you can’t hear any road noise. They have a pool (closed), small putting green, volleyball court (no net), a pickle ball court (net was torn and had holes), and a rally barn. It’s a little drive into the city, but pretty close to Camping World. Great cell phone service. Ok wifi. We’d stay again.

We were put off by this “resort” when we pulled in and saw 3 large overflowing dumpsters. The first site we tried to go to was so unlevel our camper steps were 2.5ft off the concrete. The next site they gave us had trees on both sides so we had the option to either open our slide or our door. The 3rd site was ok. Still unlevel, but the streets you drive down to get to your site were very narrow. We had to dodge and weave around cars that were sticking out on every row. This park has mostly permanent trailers with a few transients. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the pool was nice.

The main pool is a little run down, but the water temp was awesome! They also have an adults only pool with great food and bar in the greenhouse. Campers get 1/2 off pool admission. Site was level with water & electric only (even though they said it was full hookup). Dump on site. They only have 10 of these sites and lots of dry spots in the back. Very close to Great Sand Dunes National Park. Can get very windy here. We’d definitely stay again.

This is a campground and lodge. There are only about 14 sites. There’s a small playground and large tires for kids to play on, but they’re pretty run down.

Pros - internet was good, they have a nice community fire pit and provide wood, staff was friendly, convenient to Glacier. The lodge are was well manicured with nice plants and grass.

Cons - 4-5 sites were taken by permanent run down campers. There was no grass or flowers on the campground side. They had a major sewage problem while we were there. When the neighbor dumped their tanks, it backflowed into ours and the site next to us. We ended up getting a blockage from lack of suction from the sewage lines.

It’s good for internet connectivity and getting to Glacier, but I wouldn’t stay again.
