We stayed here in a 32 ft class A and suv tow vehicle. The first parking lot is not overnight but keep driving and you’ll get to Perry Riffle. The entire road is paved to the end. We parked under the tree. Good for mountain bike and hike. Personally I found it a bit boring. Might be better to go to Iron Canyon Hike next time, I think the hike is more scenic but I’ve yet to go yet. Very quiet at night and handful of other vehicles. Someone camped by the river.

Beautiful, lots of space. Easy to drive mostly flat dirt roads - we have 32’ class A. Nothing anywhere as far as the eye can see. Strong Sprint signal - 4/5 bars!

A place to park; can fit all big-rigs, just don't stay longer than posted 4h limit between 6pm-6am. The patrol came by 7pm and 9pm to check when I was there. Don't forget to drive across the street for the state park, incredible!
Signal not great.

We were going to Las Vegas and found our area to stay overnight this was 10 miles from the highway, just a little bit of dirt road at the end (about half a mile), but we managed to do it with our class A, 32 foot long. Cell signal for T-Mobile is decent here 3 or sometimes 2 bars. No noise low wind fairly clean.

I arrived here today on July 31, 2022 and I asked security if I could park my RV and dry camp in the gravel parking lot overnight. He said no. It was allowed before, but as of May 1, 2022, all of the campers must be either a hotel guests or guests of the RV park.

https://marinarvparkredding.com/ is their new website, the one listed on Campendium (http://www.marinarvpark.com/) is incorrect.
Some reviews said this place was run down - I disagree. Anyways, I called ahead and there were couple spots open. Good Sam gives a $5 discount from $40 to $35 / night (tax included). Full hookup. Pool was closed for repairs. WiFi works, 8 mb down, 2 mb up, 75 ms latency. 2 bars of LTE on Sprint and Mint.
The location was quiet, minimal highway noises. Only one entrance/exit so it's very quiet. Woke up in the morning hearing lots of birds. Surrounded by the Sacramento River on 3 sides. It's great.

We scouted here to see if camping would be feasible in our 32' class A. It's "doable" but I wouldn't want to drive 6 miles of the washboard. It's not worth it. Instead, camping at the near by Hat Creek Campground was great, took about 30 min to drive over. We hiked the near by cinder cone volcano, that was worth it. I don't think there's much to see with a paddle board, we paddled and the water was dirty and smelled fishy. I wouldn't swim here.
Two stars for access because at least it's a maintained gravel road. No cell coverage on ATT and TMobile. Some signal on top of the volcano.
