Very large campground. Sites are almost all right on the lake. Sites vary in size with some quite large and others closer together. Restroom are old but clean and very functional. Shower rooms work very well. Surprisingly good cell service. Large bike path. Close to both Tupper Lake and Saranac Lake. No services at the sites but potable water convenient. All in all, a very pretty campground.

Very nice park eight miles from West Glacier entrance. Gravel sites have some privacy. Because it is on a wooded hill, you have to pay a little more attention to leveling. Excellent and helpful office. Extremely clean and functional showers. They even had live music on Wednesday night which was extremely pleasant. All in all, an excellent park and worth the price because of its proximity to Glacier.

For those with a senior pass, you can’t beat the rate at National Park campgrounds. Gros Ventre has a great location both to explore the park and to get into Jackson if desired. Cellular service in the campground is also good. The C loop, particularly where we were, has very small spots for an RV. Our 19 footer filled ours completely and we had to wedge our tow vehicle in near it. The other spots near ours were equally small. We have been before and the A loop has a bit more room overall. If we come back, we would not select C loop. The campsites are dry but there are rest rooms and potable water stations.

Very nice location above town. Great views of the mountains. Campground is extremely neat and well kept. Resort type campground and price is good for what is provided which includes pool, spa, pickelball courts etc. Everything worked perfectly and WiFi was best we’ve had on a two month trip. It is well located with Red Rock Canyon, Death Valley, and even Las Vegas within an hour.

We were amazed that a campground so close to an urban area could feel so remote. There is little to suggest the nearby city, the Santa Catalina mountains are a backdrop, and there is extensive biking and hiking without even leaving the campground. The facilities were excellent and well maintained. The only problem is that it is difficult to get a reservation during the winter season as the campground is so popular.

We stayed for two nights. The site was sand gravel and level. Our site was very roomy and right next to the rest rooms which is important to us as we have a small rv. The WiFi was very effective, enough to that we could stream with the Roku. The facilities were well maintained and clean. The location is equidistant from Hilton Head and Savannah so that activities can be done at both places if desired.

Roomy pull through sites. Sites are gravel but quite level. All services provided. Internet worked well although it was end of season so campground was not full. Nice laundry facility. Very attentive staff. Nice location near North Central Michigan bicycle trail, near Mullet Lake, and central for most Northern Michigan actives.
