Great no frills park right on the Santa Rosa Sound. They have Good Sams discount. Sites were close with concrete. Some road noise so try and get a site closer to the water, not the road. The draw to this park is the location. Nice beach area with covered, raised patio on the beach. About a .50 mile walking beach too. The pier was destroyed in the September hurricane, but they hope to rebuild by spring. Staff was really nice and facilities, laundry and bathrooms were very clean and up to date. Several full time RVers who travel were here which was nice for us since we do the same. Navarre is quiet, not big tacky beach area. There's a bridge over to Navarre beach which is beautiful! Lots of beach access and parking. The National Seashore was closed also due to hurricane damage but we road our bikes down the road for 8 miles which was amazing! I would definitely stay here again.

Typical Thousand Trails, very few sewer sites, sites small and unlevel and faculties and condition of sites are run down. We have a 44 ft motorhome and could get through the dirt streets but not many lots available. It’s a very large park and only half the sites are 50 amp. Verizon was poor and unable to get satellite. I don’t know what TT doesn’t upgrade their parks. Not worth the membership!!

This is a typical Thousand Trails park; sites are close, it's full of families, very busy and it's first come first serve (that drives me crazy!!) Reservations are hard to get as it's 15 minutes from the entrance to Yosemite which is why so popular. Sites are dusty but have a fire pit. Limited 50 amp which was frustrating with our large 44 foot RV. We were lucky that we got a 50 amp and a site next to the stream/river that runs through the park. This is the best part of this campground; bring a float so you can enjoy it. We are self contained so didn't use the restrooms but they appeared to be newer and clean. People in and out cleaning often. Friendly neighbors which is always great. I would come back here but would have the expectations of only 30 amp service. Thousand Trails, like many parks, really need to upgrade their campgrounds. The RVer population is growing and rigs are getting bigger! Be careful in your drive in, do your homework on the highways in as many are 10% grade.

Park has two sections. South side is 30 amp, north side 50 amp. Sites are close together but we had an end spot so our 44 foot motorhome fit well. Thank goodness this park has full hookups where most TTs in the northwest do not have sewer. Laundry room was large and clean but the rest of the park facilities were run down. Pool is inside and the building looked like it was going to fall down. Weeds everywhere to include around our hookups. I don’t understand why TT won’t upgrade their parks!! Membership isn’t worth it! Verizon was poor but could get satellite.

This is the best Thousand Trails we’ve stayed in mostly due to the view, full hookups and friendly staff. Only reason I rated it a 4. We are a 44 ft motorhome and could drive thru this small campground easily. Most lots are large enough for us but like most TT the condition of the park is poor. Faculties outdated and lots are dusty dirt, not much grass. Tennis court and pool are old and in poor condition. Half the lots have 50 amp. Wish they had a dog park but land is at a premium in this area. Verizon was average and you can get satellite. I don’t know why TT won’t upgrade their parks. This membership is not worth it!

This is a gem in the Ozarks. Check in was remote as they called the day before and made it easy to just go right to our site. We are a larger rig, 44 feet, and it was easy to drive on the roads getting in and parking was simple. We had a back in site on the 2nd row from the river which had full hookups! 50 amp, sewer and water. The lot was really large and included a square tent site Asphalt pad with grass and rocks surrounding it. A nice hike right off the campground and picnic tables on the river that you can use at any time. You have to have breakfast at Hank and Katies; local diner with awesome pancakes :) The bathroom and showers were clean and easily accessible. We will be back, for sure!

This park is like most TT; faculties old and rundown, only cell coverage was at the lodge, so many rules and most of the staff are rude and way too busy as they don’t even answer their phone. A few bathrooms have been remodeled. We are a 44 ft motorhome and there were sites for us to fit but there are only about 25 sites with sewer and you have to get on a wait list for them. Most lots are in the woods so no satellite and not all have 59 amp. Finally, next to the i5 Highway so road noise was so bad you couldn’t sit outside. It was pretty in the woods and lots of pickable blackberries. I don’t understand why TT doesn’t upgrade their parks! Membership not worth it!!

Elkhorn Ridge is a great RV resort; and yes, I’d call it a resort. Concert pads, paved streets, high quality pool area and very nice office. Sites we’re good size with well maintained grass. Had plenty of room! Laundry and showers were very clean. Lots of larger rigs and friendly neighbors. Only negative was highway noise which was less at night. We’ll be back!

We rented lot 144 for January and February and quickly realized we had found a gem. This is mostly an adult, owner occupied resort but many own lots are for rent during the winter season via the ORI office. Most lots back up to a beautiful 18 hole golf course. The landscaping is beautiful! 4 pools, tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts. So many activities and the owners on site are the most friendly we’ve experienced. Great place to escape the cold!

Camp ground is well maintained and staff so friendly and helpful. Concrete pad with small grave in living space with metal picnic table and fire pits. Most lots are a nice size but I like loop D as less crowded and larger sites. Full hook ups, water was only 40-45 PSI. We are a 44 foot motorhome and got in and parked with ease. IF IN A LARGE RIG DO NOT ENTER park via S. Wadsworth Blvd on the west side of the park. The ranger station has an overhang only 13 feet high. Entering on Titan Rd is great. Park has so many trails and beautiful lake; bring your bike!
