Confirmed by 4 users | Last reported on July 04, 2023Park has two sections. South side is 30 amp, north side 50 amp. Sites are close together but we had an end spot so our 44 foot motorhome fit well. Thank goodness this park has full hookups where most TTs in the northwest do not have sewer. Laundry room was large and clean but the rest of the park facilities were run down. Pool is inside and the building looked like it was going to fall down. Weeds everywhere to include around our hookups. I don’t understand why TT won’t upgrade their parks!! Membership isn’t worth it! Verizon was poor but could get satellite.

We love Seaside, OR and having a Thousand Trails park in it was amazing for us. The park was very nice, Sites were big enough to put out your rug and have a campfire. New picnic tables in all of the sites that we saw. Their pool, hot tub, and parks were VERY nice and well maintained.
This is also a great park to stay at while visiting Astoria and other surrounding towns.

We stayed here for 3 nights and decided to stay 3 more. Full hookups, close to town, and an easy drive to other attractions up and down the coast. We will for sure stay here again.
We stayed in the south side and liked it more than the north. The sites were more comfortable and we didn’t need a full 50amp site.

We stayed on the north side. We liked it better than the south side plus had 50 amp. Laundry is located on the south side and activities and pool on the north side. Laundry was clean and had to use credit card or app. If your on the south side there is only one entrance and you have to wait for rigs to check in. Grass was long in our site and lots of mole hills. It was hard to walk without twisting an ankle. Cell service ok, speeds were slow<10 mb, good enjoy for streaming tv.

Stayed with with a Thousand Trails membership, so no additional cost to camp here. Stayed in site #62 on the South side of the campground. The site was 30 amp FHU. The north side of the campground has 50 amp FHU sites. Site was gravel, level, and near playground, bathrooms, and laundry. The bathrooms were nice and clean, and appear to have been recently renovated. Chose a site on the south side because in general the sites appeared to be a little better maintained and a bit more space between camp sites. Had great Verizon signal. Would definitely stay here again as this was my favorite TT campground on the Oregon coast.

Due to it's location, this campground is very popular, and typical of Thousand Trails, which does not allow to reserve a specific site; near impossible to find two sites together. Sites were close but adequately spaced apart. Good location in cute beach town community. Many full timers with lots of stuff in view at their campsite. Nice pool and common areas. Close to the city of Seaside. Pricey if you do not have a TT membership.
Great, clean, new showers. The only negative would be that it was packed like sardines! Otherwise we will stay here again!

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Had a good spot with full hookups. Originally stayed 1 week but the staff worked with us to extend our stay. Nice pool and plenty todo for the kids. Nice relaxed park and close to the areas sights.

Kind of expensive if you are not a Thousand Trails member. Check in process was good (although the “first come first pick your spot” was somewhat strange for us). Clean (freshly remodeled bathroom). Spot can be tight (they clearly pack as much as they can). All sites are full hook up.

We followed our RV GPS right to the campground (CG). Up front, last January, we won 6 free nights at a Thousand Trails resort at an RV Life event at the Tampa RV Show. As we were wintering on the Oregon coast, we decided to try out the Seaside Resort based on the reviews. Our expectations were not met. We needed to come in a day early, making our total stay here 7 days, so our nighty rate was based on the charge for the extra night. We received an email giving us the gate code and telling us to proceed into the park, choose a site, get set up, and then go check in. We went to the north side where the 50 AMP hookups are located, and used the provided gate code to enter. It was raining the day we arrived, and we noticed a lot of the sites had standing water. We saw that site 158 was not flooded out, so we chose this FHU site. As we were setting up, one of the CG workers came by politely asking us where our truck tag was. We told him we had followed the email instructions to choose a site and get set up, then we would go over to the south side ranger station and check-in. He then asked us how we got through the gate, and we told him the gate code was in the email. He seemed surprised. After we set up, we went over to the check-in booth/ranger station and received our welcome and information package; they were not aware of the new email procedures. The water pressure was around 60 psi, so we used a reducer. The gravel site was not level, and we had to use blocks. The sites were very close together. We got 3 bars on Verizon and had a clear shot north for Starlink. We do not like to be negative, but the north side looked like a refugee camp. We are mainly talking about the center area, not the cul-de-sacs where the cabins and surrounding loops were located. Referring to the refugee comment, some of the rigs were very old/poor shape, and/or the long-term members didn't take care of their rigs or their campsite. While we were there, an old Cougar trailer came in with a screwdriver holding the entry door closed and a red condemned sticker on the other side. On the positive side, the indoor pool is nice, and there’s a good-sized dog area on the north side. There’s a gate at the entrance, and the water makes a natural fence around the area where you can let the dogs off-leash. The south side also has a smaller but nice fenced dog area. There’s a clean laundry room located on the south side that has 6 machines each and uses a kiosk to pay. The cost per wash and dry was $2 each. The workers and residents were very nice. Their shower facilities were updated and clean. This is a beautiful property, and Seaside could be a top-rated CG with north-side site upgrades, TLC, and tough love to move permanent residents on or make them clean up their sites.
