Not a bad place but not what I would consider a destination. A bit dumpy. Mostly snowbirds and long timers. It must be empty in the summer because they offer $50.00 per month for 6 months if you pay full price for 6 months. The people running the place are very friendly. No internet. They give to sites to log into but neither one worked

We have been coming to Lake Powell to boat and camp all of our lives. This time we are just passing through and thought we would stay for old times sake. This has always been a place. Boats and campers everywhere. Not this time. The lake is closed. At least the boat ramps are closed. Water is way low. The big tour boats are in dry storage. There are hundreds of sights here and only about 20 camps full. The camp is very nice. Level spots. Clean as can be. Did our laundry and the laundromat is clean and most of the machines are working. Good, free internet

This camp is a great find. Five star plus. Beautifully maintained. The gravel camp spots are raked between each guest. The camp is surrounded by lush foliage. Tons of hiking and biking trails. After several days of camping in smoke this was literally a breath of fresh air. We were so excited driving in.

The spots are a bit close but much better then a RV park. Hook ups are clean and well maintained. ATT service is good enough that I'm posting this from the camp using my hot spot.

Well kept small park. Don't expect a wilderness experience. Short walk to a fun town. No place else like Bisbee. My dog would not rate it as well. New gravel in the park hurt her feet and the dog run is a long way from our spot. Quite a bit of noise from the highway. I could not get any internet service from their feed. Asked about it and was told it works fine. Not for me.

The only problem with this part is getting a spot. We rolled in at about 10:30 AM on a Tuesday and barely got a spot. The usual deal is to get there very early and scout out someone leaving. This spot was no hookups. $20.00 The next night we were able to move to a hook up sight. Huge sight. $30.00. Good showers.

Loved this spot. We tried to get a spot in an RV park and couldn't get anything. That turned out to be a good thing. This was so much better! A little mushy getting in and a lot of the spots were very wet. Some patches of snow still on the ground. Access could be a problem in poor weather. If all the spots were taken this could be a crowded area. There are a lot of good places. The location is great. Half way between the Grand Canyon and Sedona. We visited both. I have read a reviews for this area that complain about trash. I'm happy to report that, that was not our experience. It was quite clean. We picked up a couple of pieces of trash. Always leave it better then you found it.
