Pros : pretty with trees around the sites , close to Ticonderoga and the fort , ( and the Star Trek experience! - go!) nice camp store, Bathrooms clean
Cons :Some road noise, Sites are not level , and being in a camper van we only have room for one set of blocks so we had to move sites to get comfortable ( still using blocks ) the bathrooms, although clean smelled musty , and had poor water pressure… plus you had to pay 50 cents for 2/12 minutes. We do rate the bathrooms since we don’t have a shower in the camper we use …
Overall the campground is nice 4/5
The bathrooms are 2/5

It’s a KOA , gravel sites levelish… pool looked nice . The women’s Bathrooms smelled like sewer and one of the two mornings the campground smelled bad too ( ??) Lots of traffic noise. We Thought it was far too overpriced for this place (and if you go , don’t waste your money on the KC baby back rib place they give you a menu for when you check in . It was so overpriced and underwhelming as to make me want to complain to the KOA for supporting such a poor business to travelers !)

We really enjoyed our stay here, we had nice shade from the oak trees . We have family in San Antonio and this park was a great find . People were friendly. It’s a mix of permanent and travelers . An HEB plus not to far . Will be back

Clean, well kept park at the entrance of Devil’s Tower with views of the tower from many sites . Level sites . Very nice showers with great pressure! The highlight was that they show close encounters of the third kind nightly in comfortable chairs in an outdoor setting! Such fun !

I had high hopes considering the reviews, but other than the cute look when you first pull in this park was disappointing! We have a smallish rig and our site was a squished with no table ( or even room for a table !) . The only “view “ was of other trailers . We were going to stay longer but changed our minds . Would not stay again .

Gravel sites among the trees. Basically a nice stay , but was frustrated that the bathroom / showers closest to us was closed till mid May . Places should let you know this when you book . Sites close together

We enjoyed our stay here. Near the worlds largest easel. The owner is friendly and helpful. Our site backed up to a field. They have a small pool. Level sites . Clean bathrooms. Som street noise . We will stay again if passing through.

This park was nice enough . We came to see the caverns... and they are about an hour drive from here . This place is in the middle of nowhere - the town of Carlsbad is 20 or so minutes. The showers / bath were good . The pool is tiny . Definitely worth the trip to Carlsbad caverns- they are amazing . Pull through sites mostly level . Wifi is free but non existent .

This RV resort was a surprise. We wanted a place close to Great Smoky National park and Cades Cove drive and this was very close . It’s pricey! But also adorable. We had a River front spot and enjoyed it. It’s super clean . The bathrooms are luxurious. Great laundry room . And they have-cabins and glamping tents ( that look like those safari tents with amenities!) but for the price was disappointed that there was no cell service and the wifi was practically non existent
