Nice state park within city limits. We heard some trains and semi trucks but not too much noise.
This one has a lot to offer… fantastic views, clean, spacious, friendly staff and great access.

The family that runs this campground went out of their way to welcome us, provide a huge camp wide dinner, and confirm with us each day that we were enjoying our stay. The sites are clean, well spaced apart and level. The campground boasts lovely sunsets and is close to services, yet quite and peaceful. A+ in my book.

Mostly clean ocean campground with no frills. Sites were all back-ins, clean with grass though small and close together (typical Thousand Trails). The beach was close enough to walk to. Services 10-15 minutes away by car. No septic at sites. Little to no cell phone reception.
Clean, near services, friendly, quiet and scenic; a good campground.

Probably the closest sites to one another we have ever seen. Thousand Trails; does not allow to reserve a specific site. Clean and a good amount of trees and sun. Not too far from the beach and the town of Long Beach.
