I can't think of a bad thing to say. It is all good. pull through spots, exceptional staff, paved pads, concrete patio, and pic nic table. Oh and if you want nice trout can be caught in the pond.

Pros
We screwed up and booked a night later than we arrived. The manager came out after hours and gave us a spot in the long term. All the transit spots were taken. Nice pull throughs a little narrow on the streets. Quiet. Close to the highway and easy access. And in season you can pick fresh oranges. How cool is that.
Cons
Our emergency site had a leaking faucet and the sewere pipe had to run up hill, so it had to be milked to empty the tanks.

Pros
Fair price. Easy access from freeway. reasonable level pull throughs. This time the gas station had the best price. If you want, you can park in the lot for like $10 a night.
Cons
Windy, Windy, Windy. The check-in was moved a couple of years ago to the gas station and it is slow, cumbersome, and like being in the middle of chaos.

They are trying to build their Casino that appears to be doing well but they are neglecting the RV Park. It is getting worn and needs some attention. For instance we practically had to tape our 30 amp plug in to get it to stay.

Pros
Price is great for full hooks
The manager was prompt and took us to our spot.
The neighbors were friendly
An area 51 museum is across the highway.

A resident in a cabin with about a dozen puppies

Very Narrow site. Even KOA's have more room. The firepit had about 30 cigarette butts, burnt children's paint set and the neighboring sites had trash also. However every site had a laminated burn ban sign attached to the pit. Since the burn ban was probably in effect for weeks it appears they don't clean the sites. Since they put the signs up they can't say they didn't know they were littered. On Wednesday they check in station was closed due to Covid staffing problems. Unemployment at 10%, very low vacancy rates and they couldn't get temporary help? The water hydrant for water hookup would not shut off. It was fixed with a 3 dollar plastic y fitting with shut offs that worked but not in the proper off position. Potholes in the paving and puddles on the gravel lane up to 20 feet on 75 degree day. The next four sites had broken kaps on the sewer so open sewers. Ours had a cap but the trailer parking pad was lower than the sewer inlet. Apparently they haven't figured out Sh t doesn't run uphill. Paid for full hookup but didn't get it. No money to fix these things or pick up trash but 5 expensive trucks set idle all four days. Small contractors rent dump trucks when the need them if they don't use them weekly. The state pays for them.

Beautiful Park. Great pull throughs and hook ups. Good price. Easy to register. Quiet. Close to amenities.

Cons
It is better than last year but some of the campers are obviously in challenging times and their rigs appearance is disappointing and just a little intimidating.

WE have been coming here for over 10 years. The sites are spacious and level. Covid took its toll on the park with some people making it their sole living spot with sketchy rigs. Some of the repairs like insulation to keep the water spickets from freezing are done in a hap hazard way. The staff is nice and accommodating.

Pros
Staff were well trained. It has everything one would want for activities. New tennis., pickle ball, bocce, horse shoe, and shuffleboard center also, golf course and a wide variety of hobby centers. 2 pools and hot tubs. plenty of entertainment. Wider than average streets.
Cons
When the wind blows the wrong way the settlement pond delivers stink into a small part of the park.
