Super kind staff. All sites here are concrete and level! The amenities are nice and you can even pay for the wash room using your phone!

They have a mix of back in and pull thru sites.

Free wifi but haven't tried it, most of the people in the park are using starlink.

The office has supplies in case anything happens!

Was difficult trying to setup my initial reservation. Park kept promising to call back but didn't, and I ended up arriving before they could call back.

If you have a golf cart or other form of close transport, they don't allow it in the park "at all, full stop, it's dangerous".

Got angry emails for parking 2 inches off my (unmowed) spot.

Also was forced to remove power for my third a/c. "that's not factory we don't allow that here that's dangerous"

Water spigot is far to the front of the site and doesn't have a knob to turn it on.

Site is quite unlevel, most people are up on leveling blocks under the wheels.

Light traffic noise and the occasional distant train horn.

A lot of really sloppy looking full time sites, I agree with the other commenter of "more trailer park than rv park".

Positives are the facilities are nice.

Arrived off hours for an overnight. Picked a spot, it was clean, level, and easy to pull in and out of. Payment was via envelope to the office, no problems.

Youre literally on a highway so there is some car noise but really not a bother at all.

Stayed twice over a week but really enjoyed our stay here. It was a simple rv park, but it’s clean, quiet and met our needs! The sites are gravel but decently level, hookups easy to access, staff was super friendly and so were the long term residents!

We’ll be staying again if we need to pass through.

Little Bit Older Community, But Well Maintained. A lot Of Spots Are Really Unlevel, And During The Day There’s A Lot Of Construction Noise. Otherwise Though, Big Rig Friendly, Usually Good Availability And A Safe Place To Stay. Very conveniently located!

The sites here were extremely tight. Mostly seemed to be people coming in for a week or two.

Super expensive but one of the few parks in the area, so supply and demand I suppose.

Convenient location, although road noise is high, directly next to a major road.
