It’s good that you are getting out in the world, but use a map. There’s one on your phone. This is an RV Park in a City. The spots and hookups are all nice, the facilities are always very clean and the people running the place are always very friendly. I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always been a great stay. If you are looking for a place that near or in the city this place is solid!

Clean restrooms and showers like new. Quiet, safe, convenient. Sites are extremely close but juxtaposed to be somewhat unobtrusive. We would stay again

We enjoyed our stay at Goldfield! We were in town to do some exploring and handle some business in Colorado Springs. If you’re looking for a destination RV park with lots of amenities and grassy knolls, this is NOT the RV park for you. However, if you’re looking for a place to park, with full hook ups and clean facilities, this is a great place in a safe area. Goldfield RV park is also close to Garden of the Gods, Red Canyon and Manitou Springs.

Ok for one night’s stay. The park is right next to a somewhat busy road. We were there on a Saturday night and it didn’t seem to quiet down until after midnight. Sites are quite tight. We’re traveling with a 22’ Micro Minnie and the site was long enough that we did not have to unhook but it was close side to side. It was a pull through but had to pull in with a 90 degree turn. There must’ve been better spots for bigger rigs. Very nice new, clean bathhouse. Staff was friendly; called us with info we’d need since we were arriving late. Settled up with them first thing in the morning. Used passport America so it was $33 including tax.

Stayed for 23 nights at this campground for $32 per night + electricity ($0.11/kWh). Campground had full hook-ups and amenities (laundry, showers, bathrooms, & internet (22/mbps). We stayed in the front park of the campground which is adjacent to an O'Riley's Auto-parts, so that only noice disturbance we ever had was night time deliveries to the auto-parts store around 11pm. Internet speed was acceptable, but we did have to reset our wifi extender 3 times during our entire 23 day stay. This campground looked to be the nicer of the 3 in the Colorado Springs area and definitely centrally located to all of the major tourist attractions (were typically under 10 minutes from everything). Staff was nice and helpful. Campground does accept mail and packages which are kept in the main office. The one major complaint we had was the newly remodeled bath-houses; showers are so small, my estimate = 2' x 2'. You will definitely hit your elbows when showing and if you are on the big side you will not be able to shower in these stalls. Lastly, the sites are narrow, you will definitely get to know your neighbor.

Very nice people working here, both the woman who booked my reservation over the phone and the gentleman that checked us in. Gave us great recommendations on restaurants and bars. You can’t beat the location, right across the street is old town CO Springs with lots to do. Tight spots, but there’s so much to do we barely stayed in the RV. Would stay again.

We were greeted by the maintenance crew as we approached our site. The laundry room is nice and spacious! The showers, not so much!! We were warned of spiders and a bear and saw neither!

The sites here were extremely tight. Mostly seemed to be people coming in for a week or two.
Super expensive but one of the few parks in the area, so supply and demand I suppose.
Convenient location, although road noise is high, directly next to a major road.

We booked a last minute one-night stay at this park for the fourth of July. The other parks in the area were full, and this was basically the only option. It has a decent location and it was easy to get to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and Colorado City.
All sites are full-hook up, but it's basically a parking lot. In fact, this park shares a lot with the Auto Zone, haha. So if you need to pick up some automotive supplies this place is great! It was jam packed and difficult to maneuver into our spot, and it borders a busy highway (24). There is very little room at all, and the "dog walk" looks like an ally from a horror movie. They have showers and laundry facilities, but honestly they both seemed pretty sketch as well.

We were looking for a reasonably priced campground near Manitou Springs so this one fit the bill but it location was the only thing it has going for it. Otherwise it is just a parking lot. As long as you just use it for rest and not hanging out it would work fine, however, if you like to spend time relaxing at camp this is not the place for you.
