We stayed two weeks. Friendly staff and guests. Tight spots and roads but once you get park it has a great pool lots of iguanas. Nice sandy area with chairs no water access there. Nice docks, pavilion, and fish cleaning station. We loved the location outside of marathon fairly quiet. We will be back.

We stayed in 17A for 2 weeks. Loved it. Quiet and private. Easy walk across the street to the beach. We found some amazing conch shells. A couple good restaurants within walking distance. Beware the road around the resort and site are all sand. We would give it 5 stars but the one way route out was almost impossible to get out and no option to back up. We had to cause some minor fixable damage to our rig to make the turn. We have a 40ft 5er with a 1 ton tow rig. The problem is the corner is short in length and steep and the highest point is at the apex of the turn and the vegetation makes it super narrow. Beware. If you stay in 17A go the wrong way on the one way to exit. The employees said this issue has never happened so I was the luck first. Even he didn’t see a way to make the turn other then how we approached the corner. Starlink worked great I got thru the canopy with a flagpole.

We stayed in site 19 for 10 days. Great location. Lots of low hanging branch in the park we have a 40ft 5er it took a couple spotters to avoid having branches tear off an AC unit. The sewer drain is about 12 inches above ground so sewer ran up hill from my rig. Which in turn didn’t drain at all unless I held the sewer pipe to drain. Pool was nice. This park was mainly long term folks. Other guests were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t use any of the other facilities. There is an ice cream shop across the street that our kids enjoyed.
Ted who fills propane was the most rude unfriendly person I have come across in a while. He would not speak to me at all. I said good morning, not a word. I said how are you, not a word. Which caused a bunch of issues during the payment process and price verification. If you use their propane fill site read the finely printed sign. They are a flat rate fill service regardless of how many gallons you get. Ultimately it comes out to about $6.50 a gallon. I paid $65 for 10.7 gallons of propane. Go somewhere else. There is a tractor supply on Tampa Rd.
There was no attempt to fix the situation from the park until we left. We got a text offering a free night next time. Which there won’t be one. Poor way to run a business I shared my experience with several staff members to no avail. We are full timers and have traveled the country for 1.5 years now and this has topped the list as our worst customer service experiences.
I hope this review saves someone a bit of trouble.

Our site was very small (40ft 5er) we barely fit couldn’t park our truck at our site. We recommend paying for a premium pull thru that’s what we will do next time. Site wasn’t super level. Dog poop everywhere (owner issue). 24 hrs security we travel with kids and felt safe it’s a nice park in a run down industrial area. Walmart close by easy access to I-10.

Great communication from host when we called the same day. Nice big level slots no issues with the full hook ups. Road noise was not an issue for us. Will stay again when traveling thru NV.

You get what you pay for very clean and well kept park very secure. Quiet beach front sites. Plenty of room for your rig and vehicle. We have two young kids I think we were the only kids in the park. Mainly full time snow birds with sites for drifters. We would stay here again but also inclined to try some of the other moderately priced parks

We stayed here to take our two and four-year-old to death Valley for a couple days not wanting to tow our 40 foot fifth wheel down in the valley this was a great option. quiet place not the greatest place for kids to run around outside but it served it’s purpose of allowing us to plug-in and spend our time in the Valley. Some turns were a little tight inside. I have a 60ft set up Truck and 5er. Dave was super helpful and nice. 30/50 amp hook up

We stayed in T33. Lots and lots of mosquitoes but it’s the Everglades. Close to the marina where you can take boat tours, see manatees, and fish at night. We went on a back country boat tour and saw birds, dolphins, and crocodiles. We didn’t use any of the facilities so I can not review them. Very quiet and great star gazing. No Verizon cell service but starlink works great!

We stayed here because PHX was booked up. Spaces are facing each other so your doors face each other. Lots of kids our kids loved that. Not ideal long term but we were in PHX the whole time. Park employees were very friendly and helpful. Mostly full time residents.
