Typical KOA. Nice helpful people clean and green. If compared to sites in Valdez proper no comparison. Much greener much less crowded much nicer environment. Short drive to town and lots of parking there. Only negative was many washers/dryers not working in laundry. Able to dump, get propane.

Off the more tourist ridden path, beautiful forested camp, very well cared for clean and modern yet makes you feel miles from everything. Close to tourist attractions and bays. Very quiet and so peaceful. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Ok Wi Fi Good bath facilities, nearby walking trails.

Like a lot of KOA camps its a pretty basic commodity. Park was very clean nice pool and showers people friendly and responsive. Had all the usual amenities. Has a really nice large lawn area overlooking the lake which was enjoyable.

Had everything expected from a KOA. Clean, good site quality and utilities. Sits in position to overlook city area and mountains in backgroung for very very nice night views. No issues at all staying here.

Park was likely designed for smaller trailers and vans. They likely make most from horses in summer I suppose. Very close to town and the beach. Showers and baths run down. Staff grumpy and charged extra for my dog added abruptly at time of arrival. Facilities have been let go. I'd stay elsewhere and drive in, there is great parking including RV parking in town.

Well, better than expected. Paved and easy access but if going north you have to do a cross-over left turn. Inside the camp dirt and quite rough in places but we saw large class A's parked there. Clear skies very quiet overall, road noise minimal with cool view of bridge. May be a bit less comfortable in summer we were here in cool April weather. No services.

Clean level pads, gravel, not much foliage but well cared for. Restrooms and showers were modern and clean. Has pool, play area for kids and adults that was in good shape. Nice office staff. Place to walk dog and not issues with other campers. A pretty good place overall.

Its a minor drive off 40 to get here but we felt well worth it. $25 a night, large sites. Beware, some sites with hookups on opposite side of coach. Well manicured park, lots of sites, near the lake. Overall a great pick, restrooms/showers were, well, sketchy. That's our only complaint. Would absolutely stay here again.

Near Seaside and Cannon Beach price reflect locale not quality of park. Clean, working service good level pads, nothing to complain about. Easy access to either town/beach. Other nearby sites prices are close, harder to get site near cannon beach except sea ranch which has great location but is a more iffy park.

Site was just outside Cooperstown, can't miss it coming from the south. Beautiful green property many camping options. Utilities all worked well. Not a typical side by side packed house, no concrete many areas you camp on the grass. Rustic showers and toilets but hot water with good pressure, Helpful friendly staff. Would absolutely come back, was beautiful and quiet.
