No staff on site. We had a reserved space but someone was in it so we just picked another one. There is 50 amp service in a few sites. AT&T had 2 bars, Verizon had 2 bars, open sky for Starlink in most sites. Mostly dirt and gravel sites with no grass in between.

Quiet and large spaces. Snowed our first 3 days here. We are in a freshly excavated space so it’s muddy because of the snow. Lots of long term residence and some mobile homes still here. Wifi is ok and we are about as close to it as you can get, 4mbps download and 2mbps upload. Verizon is 2 bars of LTE but speed is not great, 5mbps download and .3mbps upload. Looks like there are lots of things to do around here but we haven’t been out because of the weather.

Great area and great staff but our site was facing our neighbors site (a buddy site). When we opened our door our neighbors were less than 10’ away on an upper lever and eye level with us. Just way to close when you can sit inside your Rv and hear your neighbors conversation just outside your window. We’ve stayed in over 80 Rv parks in the last 2 years and this was our worst experience yet. Would not recommend or go back. If you have a smaller Rv then choose a back in site so you can have some privacy. There are plenty of other Rv parks around to choose from. Don’t forget your bug spray with marsh being so close.

Must check in at the marina which is located before the RV park. Roads are tight ! I had to get out a ratchet strap the pull palm trees together in order to make a turn inside the park. There is no assistance from the office. Some of the residents helped me out, everyone is very nice. Probably 90% full time residents here. This is probably the nicest parks we’ve stayed in, beautifully landscaped. Cell service is not good for Verizon or AT&T. Speed tests are below 5.0 mbps down and below 2.0 up for both carriers. Zoom meetings are tough and you will get kicked out during them. Streaming was also tough. They offer cable box but we couldn’t get it to work. If you have a smaller rig than ours this is a beautiful place to stay but expensive.

Quiet park and well kept. Easy access to Alabama hills and Lone Pine. Verizon signal not strong enough to do a speed test but AT&T was 48mbps down and 5 up. We were in the back away from the road so didn’t hear much traffic. Site are a little close together for my liking but ok.
