Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on March 26, 2021This is a high end resort but very tight on space and very pricey. We don't normally stay at places like this but this time of year it was very quiet since its off season. The pool and laundry facilities are very nice and the grounds are well maintained. Staff was nice. We typically do not go to parks like this but down there choices are few. the cuban restaurant across the street was a great place to eat and Everglade City is a nice bike ride away and a bike path to get there.

This is a very nice RV Resort on the water. It is very quiet, almost isolated. The lots are owned, and are available when the owner is not present. There are many snowbirds but everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Great facilities Many recreation opportunities in the area but other pretty isolated which is part of the attraction. Like most of Florida the lots are pretty close but these were larger than most. The back of our lot had a 15 x 30 foot deck over the water. Plan to come back next year for a month. Good Verizon coverage and above average wifi network. I used my cel booster and went from 3 bars of LTE to 3-4 bars of 4G.

My parents owned a lot here 20+ years ago and would spend every winter there. I could never figure out why they drove from Connecticut all the way down there. As soon as I pulled in to the campground I knew why, it’s almost paradise. Very well maintained facility. That’s probably because most of not all of the sites are privately owned. The Cuban restaurant across the street is amazing- if you can get a table. Breakfast and lunch is a packed house. Definitely worth a visit and definitely worth a long stay at this campground.

This is a very pretty RV park where all sites and privately owned; and rented to tourists when available. Mostly a retirement community. Noisy with conversations coming from all directions and radios blaring. Each site is well maintained but to close together. Excellent pool and laundry facilities.

Must check in at the marina which is located before the RV park. Roads are tight ! I had to get out a ratchet strap the pull palm trees together in order to make a turn inside the park. There is no assistance from the office. Some of the residents helped me out, everyone is very nice. Probably 90% full time residents here. This is probably the nicest parks we’ve stayed in, beautifully landscaped. Cell service is not good for Verizon or AT&T. Speed tests are below 5.0 mbps down and below 2.0 up for both carriers. Zoom meetings are tough and you will get kicked out during them. Streaming was also tough. They offer cable box but we couldn’t get it to work. If you have a smaller rig than ours this is a beautiful place to stay but expensive.
