Stayed here in August with the mosquitoes but didn't mind because we also shared it with 7 wild turkeys. The campsite is in the swimming pool area so that is where the flush toilet and hot showers are found. The area is quiet and little cell service. But wow what a sweet view The manager for the pool was so nice and helpful. Great place to save some money and see the area. Quite hilly so needed some leveling and might be quite tight for large vehicles. Just right for our pickup camper

We were heading out of California and needed something cheap and quiet. This was perfect
Greatest challenge was the last 5 miles of washboard road. Hubby took the advice of prior reviews and drove about 45 mph and really didn’t have much issues. Just watch as you get closer to camping area some road washed out on the edges

Sweet little campground at edge if city by river. Shower and bathroom are on street while campground is by river. Bugs were very plentiful but such great internet it didn't stop us from enjoying the park. A bit dark at night so take a flashlight to go to toilet at night This location made it easy to see Duluth and Apostle Island

Needed a passing through campground and it was perfect. Got in late in the afternoon and quickly ate. We go to our national gym to stretch out tired muscles so we didn't use the bath but it was really nice. Does have a code on the door so strangers won't use but it is a bit of a hike We went up to the burial site of Johnny surrounded by apple trees

We had driven a long day and just wanted to get a hot shower and get to bed quick. Had Stopped at Great Falls Lewis and Clark Center so we were beat. I was so surprised by the activities from the advertising. Theatre, fishing, touring the dam. Lots to see and do but we needed to get down the road. Will probably stop by next year on the weekend to see more.

Stayed here during the week and so glad it was low because the sites are VERY close. Road noise was pretty strong and just so tight for us.

This county park is near a huge nature reserve so lots of birds around. The park is very isolated so it is quiet and wooded. The only complaint I have is that the shower house/flush toilet is down hill and quite a hike Sites were level and even had some pull thru at rear. Enjoyable

What a great place to camp. Stayed in the middle of the week and could stream the news. The facilities are older but clean and the personnel were very kind and helpful. Loved the trails and enjoyed the views. Liked our site in the corner under the trees. The road to get to the park is a bit curvy so maybe not huge rigs but we were a pickup camper so not hard.

Great spot because all of the bigger campers don't want to go because of pot holes and warning signs We were in a pick up camper and fit just perfect. Found a site on a busy August weekend at Glacier with a private cove of the reservoir down the back. Next to the pit toilet

Pulled in here after driving from Salt Lake City. What a quiet peaceful river area. Could be used during hunting season We truly loved this place.
