This was a last minute stay on our way to Yellowstone & I feel lucky we were able to get a spot. Lois was extremely friendly on the phone & as there was construction, she gave us turn by turn directions on where to get off the highway & to their place. Both she & Michael helped direct us into our spot and were available for any questions. We also got turn by turn directions on how to get out & headed in the correct direction.

My business is customer service & if I could hire these two, I would do it in a heartbeat. Friendly, knowledgeable & what I would consider the perfect hosts!

Campsites are standard with good access to the necessities. Not much highway noise, though the winds were terrible when we stayed.

Overall, a great experience & wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our way back!

It’s been a long time(at least 20 years) since either of us had been to Yellowstone, so we wanted to make a 2 week vacation to enjoy the sights of Yellowstone & the Grand Tetons. Additionally, this was going to be the assessment to see if this is the direction we want to take (almost full-timing).

Ultimately, it’s an RV Park. Nothing pretty to see, but that’s not why we are here. It’s close to the entrance of Yellowstone and within walking distance of some really good food spots. Check in was easy, sites were close to level (though the river rock gave us a fit trying to get set up), easy to get into & the amenities were great. Their restrooms/showers are clean and warm. It’s right behind an IMAX theater and you get a discount for being a RV Park resident. The people are friendly, which we love as that’s the part of an RV Park that’s fun as you get to meet new people.

Looking forward to our next visit with the grand babies as we will be back!

We picked this due to its close proximity to Tri-Cities Washington. We live in NE Oregon & Richland has the closest eBike shop for what we wanted. I would like to give it 4 1/2 stars as the only drawback was that we didn’t know lengths of the sites when we booked. That would have saved us some aggravation but we did a walk to ensure we are prepared for the next time.

This was my first experience with a Corp of Engineers park and it was a great experience. Just a few things to remember. 1. When they say check in at 2pm, they mean 2 pm, not 1:56. Not a biggie but we felt bad holding up traffic for 4 minutes. 2. If you have a large trailer & truck check with them as to which sites you will fit. We have a 35’ TT & 22’ Truck. Our site fit the TT but was about 2’ short to fit our truck so we had to park it in the day camp area. They do have sites that fit both but there are some that will bot and some that just won’t fit the 35’ trailer comfortably. Their site doesn’t tell you which is which but you can call & ask (at least that is what they told me).

Nicely shaded sites for most of them. We didn’t use our Starlink as we were in a shaded site, but we plan on returning & identified about 7-8 sites that should accommodate Starlink. While I only had 2 bars for Verizon, my hot spot worked perfectly. Sites are well spaces for privacy and it’s a very beautiful peaceful place.

Looking forward to our next stay!
