A couple items of debris easily navigated. Can pull all the way around the old station handily. HUGE area to park opposite the entry if multiple rings are here. Definitely more quiet than a rest stop and nice and DARK. No visitors coming through and lights from roadway are minimal. Nothing fancy but great place to catch some zzzzs or just hang out.

Starlink signal was great. Verizon and ATT slow but present.

Clean, beautiful setting. Hosts are fabulous people. No drama, no frills, everything works! Pads are gravel and level. Roads/paths are gravel/dirt and well laid out - mostly pull throughs. Will accommodate ANY size rig you have.
Right on Hwy 81 so a bit of road noise during day and occasional big truck at night.

Very convenient to I-90 (less than 2 miles). Easy on/off roadway and interstate. 38 miles to Sioux Falls.

Verizon signal is strong but not fast - enough to stream with buffering but slow to browse FB and Amazon. ATT signal is decent and speed is enough to stream and navigate internet adequately.

I work online on VPN so this is important to me. Park has free Wi-Fi but didn’t use it.

They will allow you to have packages delivered with us awesome for full timers like me.

Grocery and a couple restaurants nearby.

They were very full so only spot was W/E site (no sewer). Had some excellent shade and you couldn’t ask for a quieter park! Security light very close to bedroom window but that was my only complaint.
20/30/50A and decent water pressure. Very nice hosts. Very close to Holden Beach and Shallotte main roads. Entry off busy 2-lane road so avoid coming/leaving during rush hours. Just a couple miles to shopping, gas stations, etc.

Approach is very difficult and spots are fairly tight (both length and width). That being said I didn’t feel squished between neighbors. Each site has (shared)pavilion, fire ring, and tree. Had some issues with a large group there for the summer with noise. Management was giving them notice after multiple nights of drunken arguments and unruly children at all hours.

Management was amazing friendly and helpful. Felt extremely safe.
